Significant wait and car had bad battery I was made to wait for a significant amount of time and was at the dealership for over 3.5 hours when I went in knowing which car I wanted. The salesperson took another client while I was signing my paperwork and made me wait for nearly 45 minutes. Additionally, the car had a faulty battery from the start that died 3 days later and was neither checked nor disclosed upon sale. The only thing I was really happy with was the financing and closing discussion with the finance manager, Mark. He was very helpful and accommodating and I was thankful for his help. More
