Always gave the highest reviews and made referrals to others because service had always been terrific. However once downtown Volkswagen took over from Fletcher this was no longer the case. The transition was horrible, and as a result I stopped coming to this dealership for service for awhile. Bill Dolan the manager was great in listening to previous my feedback and it's obvious he's gotten things back on track. I'm now happy to be back as a customer.
