It would have been better if the website made it clear that the car was not at the dealership - we thought just the photos were not there. Bill tried to find the car in dealerships nearby where they could have gotten a trade. but in the end the car that we got was the one in transit that was supposed to arrive to the dealership. it came in 3 days after out first visit, faster than finding a trade at another deal.
