Took my car to the service department with no damage, received it with body damage. The team was great in getting my car into the body shop to repair the damage; however, when I received my car, the dama received it with body damage. Tried to convince me to pay over $200 for coolant fluid flush despite the fact that it's not listed as a recommended service in the owner's manual, and my VW Golf only has 31,000 miles on it!
