We went in to purchase a used 2013 Cadillac. Even though We went in to purchase a used 2013 Cadillac. Even though we had made an appointment, we still waited over 30 minutes to see the vehicle. We test dro We went in to purchase a used 2013 Cadillac. Even though we had made an appointment, we still waited over 30 minutes to see the vehicle. We test drove it and immediately heard a noise coming from the front end, which not being mechanically inclined, I figured it was probably wheel bearings. I also noticed that the drivers window wouldn’t was not working properly. This all happened even though they told us that the car had a thorough safety inspection. They had the car put up on the rack and checked by their mechanics. We were told it was a drivers side wheel bearing and the window motor. So the deal we worked out was they would give us $1,000 off the price and we can take it to my mechanic who could probably fix it for less. We were assured by the manager and mechanics that nothing else was wrong. We took the deal and took it to my mechanic who is also a friend and when they put it up on the rack he said it was obvious that the not only was the drivers side wheel bearing was bad but the passenger side was just as bad which cost me an additional $400. When I brought it to the managers attention he said myself and my mechanic were lying. The manager had told us how they stand by the cars they sell and happily fix things even though a car has no warranty. They are a bunch of liars. More
Overall I’d rate my experience as good. Not once did a manager talk with us about the misinformation either. You’d think when paying cash for a top of the line model, you’d get a little more customer service, but in the end, it seems like it was just more of a transaction. More

Incredible Service We had an engine light come on. I called the service department. The next morning my car was picked up. They communicated in a timely manner. When the problem wasn't fixed in the time they thought, they called immediately and were accommodating in providing a loaner vehicle. One of the days, the gentleman I was working with was off, but they didn't skip a beat. They had someone on his cases and communicating with me. Justin, who picked up and dropped my car was fantastic as well. This is the second time I have been to this dealer and plan on buying my next car here. They are amazing! More
