When we came back the following day after the sale to drop off a few things and get our walk through it took forever to get someone to help us. They knew we were coming in but it was a Saturday and I had to wait for more than an hour to get someone to help me. The manager constantly checked up which was nice but I really think they could’ve prioritized us at that moment to get us out the door. More

He notified me regarding the technicians review and diagnosis of the problem and respectfully allowed me to make the decisions about my car going forward. A previous experience (annual inspection) when insistently pressured by a service person to accept all work recommended at an exorbitant price, without evidence of any problem, left me with the impression that service people were expected by management to push replacements and repairs. It also left the impression that rather than give evidence of the need for the work, there was an assumption that a woman would not want to see the reason for the recommended work or just be anxious enough to go ahead with it.
