That place is a mess I have taken my cars to many different dealers but Downtown Chicago is really chaotic. Executed service was fine but place is not well organized and I have taken my cars to many different dealers but Downtown Chicago is really chaotic. Executed service was fine but place is not well organized and simple services like an oil change (10k milies service) take up to 3 hours. It's unacceptable. I will try another VW service center next time. More

2020 Tiguan SEL Purchase w/ Trade-In I had an incredible time at VW of Downtown Chicago. We scheduled ahead via email and Kenny took us on a test drive. Kenny even took us to their gara I had an incredible time at VW of Downtown Chicago. We scheduled ahead via email and Kenny took us on a test drive. Kenny even took us to their garage where they store their inventory so that we could pick out a second vehicle to test drive in a different color/drivetrain/mileage (and lower price!). Kenny and manager Rich were able to work to add some value to the trade-in an knock some extra off sticker so that we were able to walk away that same day (~3 hours spent at dealership overall) with a great car that we love. More
