I came in inquiring about a car and my Saleswoman Angie was extremely friendly which already made me feel at home. She walked me through all the steps on how purchasing a vehicle goes because it is my firs was extremely friendly which already made me feel at home. Outstanding Service Department, Team and Manager! My emergency front assist warning light came on and i took a screen shot of my dash board and texted it to Adam my service adviser. He responded that My emergency front assist warning light came on and i took a screen shot of my dash board and texted it to Adam my service adviser. He responded that it's not normal and this need to be looked at sooner than later. He recommended that I can bring it in anytime, so I headed to the shop. Bill the service manager and Luis the service adviser was already expecting me. Did I mention that Adam set all of this up for me on his day off! Turned out to be a bigger problem and Bill and Luis hooked me up with a loaner vehicle to use. Thanks Guys! Keep up the outstanding customer service! More

Miguel was amazing! I don't think if it wasn't for Miguel, I would not be writing this experience. Now I had worked with someone else before, and he provided me decent se I don't think if it wasn't for Miguel, I would not be writing this experience. Now I had worked with someone else before, and he provided me decent service that prompted me to visit this dealer again for a car service. I had an extensive list of needed repairs and Miguel helped me through it all. I was not too fond of the price, but with a whole needed windshield reservoir & bumper replacement, I needed to trust my car with only the dealer. Miguel helped me with at least making sure that he can provide me the best price he can manage to. He constantly checked in with me and was patient with me, I work and can not always answer the phone. But he made sure to keep me informed and do what he can to get me the best customer service I needed. He was beyond excellent! More
