Incompetent and deceptive. I highly recommend you avoid this outfit. You deserve better than Downtown Volkswagen. In particular avoid finance department - I’m looking at you Mark Neeton. The manager took the salesman that had spent over 2 hours with us off the sale, only to sell us a car without the 3rd row we specifically asked for. Total experience took over 7 hours on a weeknight (got in with us off the sale, only to sell us a car without the 3rd row we specifically asked for.
