I’ve had a lot of bad experiences at dealerships. Being told I need work done that I didn’t, having to wait a very long time with no communication about what’s happening, and even having work done on my ve told I need work done that I didn’t, having to wait a very long time with no communication about what’s happening, and even having work done on my vehicle that I did not approve. Quick and Painless My check engine light was on so I came into the VW service department expecting the worst. I was greeted by Miguel Meza who was very friendly and took care of me. Turned out the problem was just a hose that needed to be reattached. No parts even needed! I appreciate the honesty as I have been "had" before with car repairs. I decided to get an oil change/70,000 mile tuneup package. I was happy with my experience here as I am always hesitant to take my car to an actual dealership for service. Everyone was very courteous and helpful, and I appreicated the complimentary Lyft ride home after I dropped off my car. More
