I am writing this review because I am very disgusted and upset about my car. This is my second review about this dealership. I purchased a 2013 Volkswagen Tiguan for my daughter who was a senior in high sch upset about my car. This is my second review about this dealership. I purchased a 2013 Volkswagen Tiguan for my daughter who was a senior in high school and now is a freshman in college. She barely drove this car and still have not put that many miles on it. When I purchased the car I informed the car lot that her car had stopped on her severals time. Nevertheless the car has never stop stopping. I have spent so much money getting things replaced like the battery, starter, alternator, spark plugs and so on. Still car still was stopping which was putting my daughter life in danger. I finally took the car back to Volkswagen needless to say I thought I was being smart about also purchasing a warranty when I bought the car. Volkswagen check the car out again and found 10,000 worth of damage done to my car. This was unbelievable because there is no way this could have happened all at one time. The warranty company approved one item to be fixed that they believed was the problem. However when we picked up the car the next day the car stopped on my daughter again and all kind of fluids was leaking out which again now my daughter life is in danger again. The car is now back at Volkswagen and it's not an urgency for the car to be fixed and the warranty is not in agreement. I have reached out to the I-Team because this is unacceptable and I refused to pay for a car that they knew had these issues my daughter should feel safe while driving her car. Horribly unprofessional. They gave a 3p appointment for a pre-owned test drive, and then kept telling us it would be only a few minutes until the car was brought out. Ahad was very helpful and was clear and helpful in the process, did not get everything i wanted but got a fantastic are and a great price.
