Best VW in L.A. Emerson was the best. I bought my Jetta at the Santa Monica dealership in 2011, but had it serviced at the Van Nuys dealership because I lived in the Emerson was the best. It was such a mistake to let the crooks in Van Nuys service my car. I had to take the car back over and over to try to fix what they messed up after a routine servicing. And they never really fixed it. The car just never ran right after they touched it. But the guys in Santa Monica were able to fix it for me l. My car hasn't run this well in years. I am so grateful to Emerson and the other guys for getting my car back in top shape. I don't care that I have to drive for over and hour to get to Santa Monica. It's worth it to get honest, expert service. More
