I left the dealership with a brand new VW Jetta, at an affordable price and they even helped me find the lowest insurer. It was an easy, pleasant experience. The sales managers came and introduced themselves to me, made me feel comfortable and welcome -- and on a personal level, Kenneth was a great guy. I'd recommend them highly, especially to anyone coming from the UK. Call them first to explain your situation and they will give you a checklist of all the things you need, like an SSN, job letter, proof of address and your visa, etc -- this way you waste no time having to come back and forth if you don't have what they need. But this time, my CC needed service for numerous issues which ended up being indicators signaling I just needed oil. Whoa! My service advisor on this go around was Luke Young. He is communicative, sets the expectation and he cares, he really does. I expressed my concerns about cost since my pre-owned certified warranty no longer applied. He set the expectations. Was very honest. Bottom line. He took his time and took great care of me and I trust him, completely. Thank you + Great job! More
