My service advisor Peyman Kahen was very professional and he explained to me in detail the type of work needed to bring my 2012 Jetta back to a very good condition. Besides the standard 75K mileage service, Peyman brought up a couple of wear issues with the front system and made sure to use my extended warranty to cover most of that cost, including the driver's window glass regulator that had failed before my visit.
