great service from Peyman Kahen I took our Passat in because the STOP warning had appeared a couple of times. I explained the issue to Peyman Kahen. He quickly checked fluid supplies I took our Passat in because the STOP warning had appeared a couple of times. I explained the issue to Peyman Kahen. He quickly checked fluid supplies and scheduled a normal service. He called later to tell us there were 3 things we could address, including a coolant leak which was the probable cause of the STOP warning. He explained the importance of each of the 3 issues found, and we chose to address two of them since the third was the most expensive but least critical. He called the next morning to say the car was ready, and gave us a couple of much appreciated discounts. Peyman was easy to work with and did a terrific job. Thanks More
