Bridget responded to my inquiry over the internet immediately and followed up when other dealers took days to respond and then lost interest. She was also able to speak to me from a mother's point o immediately and followed up when other dealers took days to respond and then lost interest. She was also able to speak to me from a mother's point of view about the safety features of the Jetta, and work with me to keep out of pocket costs to a minimum. she was efficient and kind and made the entire experience a delight for me and my two teengers. i would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a VW - she'll make it painless and fun and will win you over with her cheerfulness and her ability to get it done. Once we met Bridget and spoke with her about our needs, we decided she was the person who could help us with the purchase of our new vehicle. Dealing with Bridget was delightful, and she helped us every step of the way to purchase our new car. We couldn't recommend her more highly. More

He helped me through my first lease experience about 8-months ago, and he has definitely offered service after the sale, something you don't find so often. I had to call him the other day to ask a question about my lease, and he was as helpful and energetic about helping me get the answer as he was before the sale. I went to several VW stores before leasing at Santa Monica, and I felt the Santa Monica team and Vante to be the most knowledgeable about the vehicle and the most detail oriented about explaining the lease process to me and helping me understand without making me feel like the inexperienced leaser that I was. I would highly recommend this dealership and Vante Williams. More
All the people that helped me in finding a car right for my purposes were wonderful. I was about to lease another care from a different company, but changed my mind. The sales experience was pleasant. Michael was personable and genuine. After the sale was "complete" the financing was a little slow. I'm sure this is by design, but for an individual who knows he/she is goi and genuine. After the sale was "complete" the financing was a little slow. I'm sure this is by design, but for an individual who knows he/she is going to buy a car, says yes to the price after a few short rounds of negotiating, the wait for financing is a bit much. On to service, I purchased a used car and as with many used cars there are often minor things that go unnoticed during the test drive, but most often are taken care of. In this case there were two things wrong, both seemingly minor. One issue was fixed immediately (the day after the purchase). The other was fixed a month later, at my expense. This frustrated me. I spoke with both Michael and Willie about the issue almost immediately, both referred to the warranty. I may be a little old fashioned, but an issue within 24hrs, to me should be handled regardless of the warranty. Willie offered to help resolve the issue after I was unable to reach Michael. Michael called me back a week after I had paid for the repair at another dealership, to my chagrin. Great guy, but a sales guy! I might return to this dealership for another car, but I would likely buy new. Used with extended warranty didn't work as well as I had hoped, initially. More
Overall, it was a good experience for a first time buyer. Sabrina was very helpful and informative and I never felt pressured into making any decisions. I was in the market for a used car and found a 2008 rabbit with low miles and a great price. The only downside was the long wait. I had a 1:00pm appointment to see the car and it wasn't available until a few hours later, which they said the car was being "detailed". However, after inspecting the car, there were a few noticeable smudges and the inside was a bit dusty. Thus, the OK rating for quality of work. More
Mike Dionne made me feel comfortable on all the options on the car and the Manager Clement who I meet and told me to find the car that fits my needs and he would go over all of the pricing options. I got e on the car and the Manager Clement who I meet and told me to find the car that fits my needs and he would go over all of the pricing options. I got everything that I wanted out of the experience and have sent in 2 friends to get there new VW! Here is what I look for when I shop! And Mike Dionne did all of this and more :) 1. Know your product – Know what products/service you are offering back to front. In other words be an information expert. It is okay to say "I don't know", but it should always be followed up by... "but let me find out" or possibly " but my friend knows!" Whatever the situation may be, make sure that you don't leave your customer with an unanswered question. 2. Body Language/Communication – Most of the communication that we relay to others is done through body language. If we have a negative body language when we interact with others it can show our lack of care. Two of the most important parts of positive body language are smiling, and eye contact. Make sure to look your customers in the eye. It shows that we are listening to them, not at them. And then of course smiling is just more inviting than someone who has a blank look on their face. 3. Anticipate Guest Needs – Nothing surprises your customer more than an employee going the extra mile to help them. Always look for ways to serve your customer more than they expect. In doing so it helps them to know that you care and it will leave them with the "Feel Good Factor" that we are searching for. More
Ray Astanei was very patient especially since I did not have an accurate date for the lease/buy of the new car. It was a pleasure working with Vante Williams. I used a buying service through my insurance company, so there was no negotiations required. Everything was handled over the phone. When my wife and I arrived buying service through my insurance company, so there was no negotiations required. Everything was handled over the phone. When my wife and I arrived, the dealership was very busy, and Vante was working with another customer. Once he got to us, he gave us his full attention and the transaction was handled very smoothly. The only issue we had was the second key for the car was missing. We worked out an arrangement with Vante and his manager, Mike Burger, where I would purchase a replacement key at a closer dealership and once I provided my receipts for the key and the programming, I would receive a reimbursement check. I got the work done and submitted everything as requested on May 28, but never received the reimbursement check. After repeated emails and eventually phone calls, I finally received my check at the end of July. Given the time and effort it took to get what was promised really left a bad taste after what was otherwise a great experience. Lesson learned: don't leave until everything you are promised is delivered! More
