Bridget made us feel at home and was extremely accomodating. Mark Shapiro extremely professional and was one of the most well-informed auto sales persons that I have ever worked with. His knowledge of his products was extraordinary and I currently deal with some the most distinguished auto dealers in the country including Fletcher Jones Mercedes and Newport Auto Center (Porsche, Audi, Bentley). Mike Burger was incredibly fair and honorable and made the terms of the deal easy. Would I drive there from Newport Beach again for a car? Both my experience's of leasing and buying a car from her was a ray of fresh air. Jett give's great customer service goes above and beyond her job. She is courteous friendly patient and most of all very honest, which is very hard to find in this business ! I have been harassed by many sleazy salesman !! If she is not available, Jett will make sure another sales person is there to help you at all times. This was my first time buying a pre owned car, and she made it easy and seamless, fought to get me a great price. She is so friendly and made my purchase stress free. If you are looking for a vw in Santa Monica use Jett, she is the salt of the earth.. I worked with Brigette on a new car deal and have in the past sent many people to Brigette. Once I bought my car, it had many problems (was in the shop at least 6 times in the first 6 months... Argh) and r past sent many people to Brigette. Once I bought my car, it had many problems (was in the shop at least 6 times in the first 6 months... Argh) and received very little support. When I called Brigette to express my concern about my "new" car, she was quite rude and gave me no support whatsoever. I expressed that I was frustrated and did not know what to do and she said that she sold me the car and that is where her support ends and what did I expect her to do about about it. A one point I told her that I didn't feel she cared and she hung up on me. I would NEVER-EVER-EVER-EVER send anyone to her as long as there is breath in my body. If it wasn't for the great feedback from another friend about some of the other associates at this VW dealership, I would never return. Oh and PS, my family I have been valued VW customers for over 60 years so this is not my first rodeo !!!!! Sincerely, You better treat people right !!!! More

Clement was very patient with me because intialy I couldn't find a deal that was affordable for me, but Clement made himself completely available to me. He was patient about all of my texts and phone calls and when he said that he would get back to me with answers to one of my concerns or questions he always followed through quickly and was prepared with answers. Clement never gave up on his search to help me get the right financing and the right vehicle. He was extremely patient and courteous throughout the challenge that I presented to him. He guided me and offered suugestions but was never pushy or high pressuring. We remained in contact for a week, trying to find something that would make me happy. He never gave up and finally he found something that was affordable and attractive. I came in for the test drive and he and Mike were totally prepared with all the numbers laid out in front of me. I brought a friend along who is quick thinking and a total math whiz. My friend had plenty of challenging questions for Clement and Mike and they were totally prepared with honest answers. My buddy looked over the numbers and said "These guys are being honest with you and they are giving you a great deal and these numbers are right on" So I went went for it. Mike went along with me and my buddy for the test drive and had informative and in depth answers to our probing questions. Mike was kind courteous, respectful and fun. I am so glad that I put my faith and trust in Clement because I am very pleased and excited about the deal that he gave me and I cant wait to start motoring in my beautiful 2009 Jetta. Both gentlemen performed above and beyond the call of excellent customer service and are an asset to Santa Monica Volkswagen. In the future when Im in the market for another Volkswagen I will return to Santa Monica Volkswagwen and I will always ask for Clement or Mike.
