Once I found my car, Sean helped me through every step of the process, through trading in my old car, purchase, registration, even insurance, and made it quick, painless, and truly an enjoyable experience. Jett worked hard to get me a great price on my brand new 2014 Jetta as well as a good price for the trade-in of my old Jetta. What a breath of fresh air. When I was finally ready to proceed with my purchase, VW of Santa Monica didn't have the exact car I wanted on the lot but they hunted all morning and had EXACTLY the car I wanted delivered that very afternoon. Jett kept me updated the entire afternoon as my vehicle was on its way for delivery, and she seemed just as excited as me when it finally arrived :) She went out of her way to help me set everything up and even ran and got a cloth to clean it when she noticed the tiniest speck of dirt inside the new car. She is an amazing sales person and just a great person all around. I really appreciate her enthusiasm for what she does - she'll make you feel special. Mark Shapiro is absolutely fantastic, and I would recommend him to anyone in a heartbeat. I have dealt with pushy, hard-selling car salesmen in the past, and if I get that vibe from someone, I'm mos recommend him to anyone in a heartbeat. I had already been to several other dealers when I pulled into VW Santa Monica, so I had a fairly good idea of what I wanted in terms of vehicle style and price range. Mark respected that from the get-go, and while he provided me a lot of useful information about the two VWs I was considering, he never tried to push me into something I didn't want or couldn't afford. He took me on multiple test-drives, answered my numerous questions and even went so far as to drive with me to my car rental company on the morning I picked up my new [used] Jetta so that I could turn in the rental. Throughout the entire process, Mark was trustworthy, helpful, friendly, courteous and kind... in essence, the car salesman version of a Boy Scout. Thanks, Mark! More

I was in the market for a new car ...I was interested in the Jetta Sportwagen TDI And that is all thanks to Hamid Rezaei at Santa Monica Volkswagen. I was in the market for a new car ...I was interested in the Jetta Sportwagen TDI - but I wasn't sure yet about getting a diesel car. I went to several VW dealerships and my experience was OK... then I went to Santa Monica and spent the whole day at the dealership checking out options - I had decided on the Jetta wagon - but couldn't decide on the color. Hamid was AMAZING - so knowledgeable, patient and personable. He brought out several different colors of the wagon and let me test drive them all - to help make my decision. I felt like I was talking with a friend or someone that had my best interest at heart. Truly - such an amazing car buying experience - never experienced anything like it. He even followed up with me a couple days later to see that I was happy and then again the next day to make sure I was able to set up my appointment for tinting the windows. I wanted a very specific model and color and Bridget searched across the state to find me the exact car I wanted! Furthermore, when I went to the dealership to pick up the car she spent a very long time showing me how use the navigation, connect the Bluetooth, program the radio, and open/close the roof. Bridget was so kind and funny, she made buying a car a very pleasurable experience. I highly recommend Bridget to anyone who is looking for a car, she is amazing!! More

My car experience at Volkswagen of Santa Monica was amazing. Prior to purchasing my very first car, a 2011 Jetta, I had horrible experiences at car dealerships. Due to my lack of credit, all other dealerships including Toyota made it extremely difficult for me to purchase a car. The salesman at Toyota offered me 8.9% rate, making my monthly payments over $500 for a 2009 Prius! However Jetta’s recent college graduate program gave me the opportunity to purchase the car of my dreams. The customer service was excellent, Arash Roostaei greeted me with nice cup of tea and snacks as soon as I walked in. Being a nervous first time buyer, Roostaei never pressured or rushed my experience. After test driving multiple cars, we came back to discuss prices and I was presently surprised at the low rate I was able to finance my beautiful Jetta. I walked away with a wonderful car with all of the perks that I never dreamed I could afford, including but not limited to heated leather seats, sunroof, Sirus Radio, Bluetooth & touchscreen!! I was so excited the day I walked away with my car that I took a photo with all the cars salesmen. Danny was so shocked at my excitement that he offered a free hat and keychain. I recommend everyone to Volkswagen of Santa Monica, especially recent working college graduates. More
