Excellent service and personal compassion I was just leaving Inglewood in my 2012 Eos to drive to Big Sur to scatter my brother's ashes when the EPC light came on. I lost power on the 405 befo I was just leaving Inglewood in my 2012 Eos to drive to Big Sur to scatter my brother's ashes when the EPC light came on. I lost power on the 405 before I could get to VW of Santa Monica. Towed in, I was assigned to Debi Callender, the finest service provider and human being imaginable. She ascertained that I had an extended warranty, soothed all my concerns, got the car in for repair (it turned out to be a fuel pump issue), provided a great Jetta loaner, got the mileage waived for my long trip, hugged me, and sent me on my way feeling cared-for and serene. She checked on me on the road by phone, was supportive and bolstering, and I arrived back 5 days later to a fully repaired and sparkling clean Eos. I was able to attend my brother's memorial, leaving everything in Debi's capable hands. She is in my heart forever, and I there are no adequate words for the gratitude I feel. I trust Volkswagen of Santa Monica, where I purchased my last two of many Volkswagens, but Debi Callender went way above the usual excellent standard of service. I wish there were choices above "great" available on your website! More
