I had shopped many places for a used car before I met Mark. He is the most reliable person that I have a chance to meet. But not only did he answered my phone at 8am on Sunday morning regarding a simple functionality question, but also scheduled to meet me to spend another good hour to go through the basic safty and functionality checklist with me. Oh, a free full tank of oil, of course. I dont want to exaggerat and say he does his job only for other people's benefit. But I'd say he is a HONEST, HONEST human being and loves what he does and very knowledgeable. I wish I had his enthusiasm at my job. If you are looking for a VW car, I would recommend you to meet him and find out yourself. Mark, you are a great man. Wish you all the best! More
