Bad experience Tesla 2014 Model S P85D Was lied to about Insurance from Dealer just this way they can get my $30,000.00 cash as a down payment. Dealer stated they would be providing insurance for 5 days until I got insurance in my name come to find out dealer never provided insurance as stated. Was driving with out the vehicle being insured. Would not recommend a Tesla to no one unless you want to crash in auto pilot mode very dangerous car to drive on roadways do not trust a computer to do the driving for you unless you want to be buried in the grave. Plus be careful with the shark dealers like Mitsubishi of Duarte used to be Mitsubishi of Glendale. They aren’t honest people and they will screw you over. More

Very understanding that I did a mistake, and I liked that Paul followed up on me because I made an error on the date. -Saturday service day. Brought my Evo, and Universal Mitsubishi team did their inspection prior to my service. -Paul confirmed what will be done to my Evo, just an oil change, and multi point inspection. No up selling. I actually requested additional service, a tire rotation. (Evo is a 4WD performance car.) -Within less than an hour. Job was done, and the team cleaned my Evo! Above and beyond From the moment I came in, I was greeted by such warm faces. I came in to get a second opinion on my shocks and struts and thank god I did. Dennys Vac From the moment I came in, I was greeted by such warm faces. I came in to get a second opinion on my shocks and struts and thank god I did. Dennys Vaca is extremely kind and is thorough with explaining what they are planning to do with your vehicle. He told me there was a recall on my power roof and that they’d take care of that and look into my concern also. While I was waiting I get a phone call saying how it wasn’t my struts that was the issue but the stabilizers and connecting links which honestly made me cry a little. I was thinking how I couldn’t afford to fix it right now but I knew I was gonna be back just not within the month. I told me just to take care of the sunroof and he said okay we’ll handle it for you. A few minutes later I get another call saying that he spoke to the manager and got me a deal to get everything replaced. Even though I dropped waaaaaay more than I expected, I felt comfortable doing so because Dennys made the connection with me and made me feel like I was in good hands. The service took about 4 hours which was fast in my opinion and it was cool that Dennys kept updating me on what’s happening and kept me in the loop. Honestly because of his service, I’m definitely coming back. I feel safe and like they’re not just trying to take advantage of my lack of knowledge about cars and up sale the crap out of me. I feel like they genuinely care about the safety of their customers and because of that, I’m making this location my new go to spot whenever there’s something wrong.
