I have been servicing my vehicles with Toyota of Rockwall for more than 10 years, while the service department has been top notch, I have been very disappointed with the sales team. They made me some big pro for more than 10 years, while the service department has been top notch, I have been very disappointed with the sales team. They made me some big promises to get me to buy from them, but unfortunately seemed unable to keep them. And even after I went ahead and still bought the car, i asked someone to contact me to setup an appointment to get some things fixed and I have still not heard back almost a month later. I expressed concerns with the tires on the vehicle and they said they would confirm they are good, never heard back. And 6 days later one of the tires started leaking and Discount Tire said the tire had a preexisting patch already on the side wall and thus made the tire unrepairable and had to be replaced. Honestly I never write negative reviews and maybe this is just a one time thing, but I’m very disappointed with my car buying experience as a whole, as it feels like once they made the sale I was just an after thought. But on a positive side I would still highly recommend the service department they really work to make you happy. More

We had a pretty easy transaction at Toyota of Rockwall. We drive an hour and a half to buy a specific used Titan, and it was waiting for us when we got there. (The whole test drive/price negotiation took about 30-45 minutes, but to actually do the paperwork and pay for it took another couple of hours.) and accepting debit card payments for the amount of the purchase for those of us who want to pay outright for our vehicle. Overall though, we wouldn't hesitate to buy another vehicle from Toyota of Rockwall. More
