I had my car’s emission test done at Toyota of Rockwall on Tuesday, and the whole experience was excellent. The Ron and staff were welcoming, efficient, and very professional. After purchasing 2 vehicles from your dealership, I have finally learned my lesson. I have no trust in your service department and the warranties that you sell. Also, on my last oil change, someone stole finally learned my lesson. I have no trust in your service department and the warranties that you sell. Also, on my last oil change, someone stole about $10 in quarters and silver from my cup holder. It was half full and now you can see the bottom. They left me with 4 quarters and some pennies. More
