I had the great fortune of meeting Ms. Sammy Malek who showed me several different vehicles. Respectfully, my first thought was how much would this lady know about automobile engines, performance, et al. You can't judge the book by its cover. She not only possessed tremendous depth of knowledge about each car but was in complete control of information as it relates to the Avalon Hybrid. What an extraordinary car! Equally as important, she never pressured me nor made me feel like I should be guided to her office to start negotiating. And, she displayed outstanding integrity- a rare trait during these times. I am continuing my due diligence but I am definitely leaning towards the Avalon Hybrid. The dealership sells the car but the professional closes the transaction. Worste Experience (No stars if possible) I have never had such a bad experience as I did at the used dealership at Toyota of Richardson. Everything was great at first. Salesman was polite and I have never had such a bad experience as I did at the used dealership at Toyota of Richardson. Everything was great at first. Salesman was polite and very nice. We talked about the price of the vehicle we were there to purchase and he informed us he was going to take it to his "manager". His "manager" proceeded to come out and even talked with us. We agreed on a a price with him. We thought everything was still going great. The salesman couldn't have been nicer to me trying to entertain since we had been there for so long. Well then, it just took a complete turn for the worse. I was in shock. We were going to take the vehicle to a mechanic to have it checked out and as long as everything came out we would purchase the vehicle at our agreed upon price the "manager" had come up with. He even had it printed up on a piece of paper he gave us. So the salesman went into the office to I could only assume let them know he was going to let us take the vehicle to a mechanic. He came out with a completely different price. I was so thrown off guard, I was like, wait.. what happened to the price we had spent hours negotiating and agreeing on? His response, "Well the other gentlemen that was out here did not have the authority to agree on a price". So why was he out here negotiating at all then? I didn't understand the reasoning behind it at all. So he went and got the other "manager" from before. He proceeded to come over and talk to us and told me he understood and he knew that we had agreed on a price, but the saleman had gone over his head. Ok, why? So I asked to speak to other manager at that point. He came out there and talked with us and all of a sudden both gentlemen from before had developed amnesia. We even had a piece of paper showing the price listed and showed it to him. He still wouldn't budge and told is this sale would not happen and asked us to leave. Ok.. what in the world just happened. He then brought over 5 of his salesman to intimidate us, which I find very appaling to do to a woman. Never have I ever been treated like that at an car dealership. I've never had a group of men make me feel so intimidated. The salesman would no longer look at me in the eye at that point. The manager proceeded to then rip the papers from our hands and insisted they were his. Of course this was the paper we had originally signed with the agreed upon price. If you want to be "helped" by a manipulative and intimidation then you can purchase here. Otherwise, choose another place. I will never go back to this place again. More

They came back with another offer back and forth then I agree on price written down on paper with suggested repairs to paint scratches, etc.... The deal seems to be done we tell the salesman we want to take car to mechanic to verify there is nothing wrong with car salesman says that's fine leaves to fill the car with gas. Then another gentleman comes back with different figures and says we will only sell the car for this price. As you would expect this makes me a little angry cause this is a higher price then we had agreed too. After asking for an explanation used car manager Brian Pacheco comes over grabs the paper work out of my hands as 4 of his henchmen employees as me to leave when I laugh it off as I leave with the worst experience. I have ever had at a car dealership. On top of all this the fact that they wasted 5 hours of my Labor Day off with test driving the car and back and fourth sales tactics. More

I had already done my shopping via the internet but needed to test drive the vehicle I liked and he didn't try to show me other vehicles outside of my criteria. He took me straight to my Highlander Hybrid and it was exactly what I had hoped for. He was very respectful in the art of the deal and I highly recommend you see this guy when you want a pre-owned vehicle from Toyota of Richardson! Gotta give a shout out to Mr. Darrell too! He was very open and amicable and addressed my 3 year old son like he was the one buying the vehicle. Just out and out a great experience! Thanks guys!! More
