I like Toyotas, our car we got from them and the service from them. I don't want to buy from anybody else. OF COURSE, I'LL RECOMMEND THEM. I had to have my car towed and was not sure what was wrong with it. The car arrived about 10:30 am and within an hour Matt Grier was calling me with their assessment. On top of everything else I was s wrong with it. The car arrived about 10:30 am and within an hour Matt Grier was calling me with their assessment. On top of everything else I was strapped for cash so Matt worked with my budget and made sure the most critical items were repaired in order to get the car up and running safely. They were able to repair my car in less than 24 hours. Matt also gave me a copy of their estimate when I picked up my car so I would know exactly which repairs were done and which ones still needed to be done. And on top of all this, with no prompting from me, Matt replaced a broken knob on my A/C Heating controls for no charge. This may seem like a small thing BUT that broken knob had been driving me crazy!!! More

We have bought 3 vehicles from this dealership. The second vehicle we bought was the most efficient and pleasant experience (my husband bought a 4 runner. The other 2 times I was the one buying the vehicle and it seemed to take forever! The salesman on this buy, was pleasant. We finished all our paperwork within 1 1/2 hours (which was great) only to wait another 1 1/2 hours to get scratches on the car buffed out which they were not. We only got 1 key for the car we bought which I find rediculas...even if the dealer has to make another key. If I do go back it won't be on a Saturday. More
I bought a 2009 Camry, and Rey Reyes lied to me outside his office so it would not get recorded. He refused to give me a copy of my contract when I asked for it(for 2 weeks!) and had to get a manager to g his office so it would not get recorded. Then he told me I couldn't get approved for a loan, which was a lie because anyone can, and put all these options on my warranties and coupled my interest to where I would be paying 28000 on a car I bought for 16000. He kept bringing me outside his office and telling me how he was going to give me a good deal but then screwed me on a contract he said was only an application for a loan. I had to call toyota corporate office and they aplogized and reconciled most of it with me. Right now I'm going through the BBB and state attorney's general office to recoup the money lost to him. Rey Reyes is an unscrupulous and morally reprehensible individual and everyone must be careful. Even the finance manager lied to me and said the contract was sitting by the mailbox. And then they claimed that Rey Reyes had had a lot of complaints and would be fired soon. But last time I checked he is still there. More
Working with Greg was excellent. He was very courteous, and of the four dealers I'd visited that morning, he was the first not to cringe when I gave him my criteria for purchasing a used vehicle: $10,000 o and of the four dealers I'd visited that morning, he was the first not to cringe when I gave him my criteria for purchasing a used vehicle: $10,000 or less, 50,000 miles or less. He told me that his goal was to get me into a car, and while I didn't believe him at first, he definitely achieved it. We tried out several cars that were very disappointing - I was looking for something with more get-up-and-go, and he very patiently and creatively worked to find me something that was close to my price and mileage ranges that still had some pick-up. I was about ready to give up when he showed me the Saturn Sky, and when we test drove it, it was definitely a winner. This being my first car purchase, I needed some time to talk it over with my parents and friends, to make sure I was doing things wisely. He gave me plenty of time to call them and have a lengthy conversation with each, making sure I'd gotten all the details right. I have heard so many horror stories about how used car salesmen are pushy and high-pressure, but that definitely wasn't my experience. The Sky came in more expensive than I was willing to pay, but Greg and his manager worked to get it within $1100 of my initial expectation, and they actually gave me more for my trade-in than I expected. When I had finally said that this was the car I wanted, and we'd hashed through the pricing negotiations, I went to work with Rey to get the financing and warranty stuff taken care of. Again, I went in expecting a lot of high pressure, but instead I found a very relaxed environment where he was more than willing to let me read the entire contract (about the only thing that *did* go as I'd expected was there was a *lot* of paperwork!) and explain things as I had questions. All in all, a lot of hand-holding from these guys, and from somebody who needed it, I was very appreciative. He also got me an excellent interest rate, better than I'd expected to get. Of course, this wouldn't be a thorough review if I didn't explain why I didn't give straight 5's. The customer service was excellent; however, the time they gave me on my own turned out to be way too much - it ended up taking 9 hours at the dealer from the time I walked in to the time I walked out, and that was only to look at 4 cars and purchase one. There was definitely a lot of thumb-twiddling going on, wondering where people had gone. It contributed to a low-pressure situation, which I appreciate, but in the future, it would be better to have more frequent check-ins. The quality of work got dinged because there was a car I tried out whose tire was flat, which I thought particularly inappropriate for a dealership, but Greg did get it filled up right then and there, so that was a good thing. Overall, it was an excellent experience, and I would definitely recommend Toyota of Richardson to anybody looking for a laid-back experience when looking for and buying a used car. Robert was absolutely wonderful! I was interested in a used Infiniti, but the price was a little too high. Robert worked tirelessly to make sure I left with my new car.
