Awesome and streamline experience! I really enjoyed working with Randy Penn during this whole process. I knew that Toyota of Richardson had the car that I wanted and when I asked for in I really enjoyed working with Randy Penn during this whole process. I knew that Toyota of Richardson had the car that I wanted and when I asked for information about it online, I immediately got an online response from the sales manager, Sean. Randy then followed up with me by email and phone. We set an appointment time for a Saturday. While I was there for six hours we were able to work a deal on the car. Upon picking up the new car, Randy assisted me in getting my trades to the dealership and then showing me every aspect of the Avalon. This was just an overall great experience. I also got to meet several of the management staff during the process. More

I originally thought I had paid too much for some of the service programs sold at the time of sale, but after experiencing the quality of service from that department I understand you get exactly what you paid for. Great people. Let you know up front any cost associated with the repair. Also they go above and beyond just service. Simple little things that really add up. I've never received back a dirty car, even when I took a dirty car. Had the tires rotated and noted when I got home that the air nozzles had new caps installed. Had a paint blemish (original from the factory) that disappeared on the last oil change. Little things that really make a difference.. All in all a Great Dealership. More
