Bought back my RAV4 and provided exceptional service!!! I bought a 2014 Toyota RAV4 from Toyota of Richardson in November, 2014 and received wonderful service from our sales consultant as well as the sales I bought a 2014 Toyota RAV4 from Toyota of Richardson in November, 2014 and received wonderful service from our sales consultant as well as the sales manager. But I didn't feel the need to write a review at the time, and regrettably didn't remember my sales persons name. It wasn't until tonight that I felt I really should write a review for them. I wanted to sell my Toyota back to them as I replaced it with a different car I bought from a friend. So I called the dealership this morning and David, the used car manager answered and told me he would love to take a look at the car. When I came into the dealership, David set me up with Aaron Grimshaw who showed genuine sincerity, care ,and provided a level of service for which I am grateful. Long story short, TOR gave me pretty close to my payoff and I sold the car back to them within a year. The service I received from Aaron and David was exceptional. I am definitely coming back to Aaron for my future Toyota. Thank you! More
Months of excuses, excuses and finger pointing!!!! Stay away from these guys!!! Their service organization really sucks. Now I am also starting to question their honesty. I have been working with them for over 8 months on a warrantee issue. They still don't have parts to fix Toyota's faulty designs. All I get is finger pointing between the dealership and Toyota. The service advisor, at times does not even bother to respond to my inquiries. I have purchased Toyotas since the late 70's. I am so frustrated now that this will be the last Toyota I ever own!!!!!!!!! More

I emailed an inquiry at 11 p.m. Thursday night asking for information on a RAV4. By 8 a.m. the next morning Travis Uriegas had already responded back with the information. I scheduled an appt. for test drive and he had everything ready for me on time. The financial department was great! They worked out a really great deal for me and were very prompt with the paperwork portion of the purchase. Can't say enough good things about the dealership! Will definitely recommend Travis Uriegas and Toyota of Richardson to all my friends and family. More

The Toyota Avalon has such luxurious features The best experience I have ever had purchasing a car. I traded my Mercedes Benz in for a Toyota Avalon. The Toyota Avalon has such luxurious features that my Mercedes didn't have. I had a total hip replacement so I needed a car that sat higher from the ground for me to be able to get in and out of easier. I purchased a new Toyota Avalon and I love it. Sam Veloz from the Internet Sales Department helped me find just the right car. I thought I wanted a Rav 4 and while I liked it - I decided that I wanted to be really good to myself and get something a little more plush. Sam was so patient with me and when he pulled up in front of the building with a beautiful black Avalon with ash interior, I knew immediately that this was the one for me. The buying process was very smooth and quick. I am so happy that I selected Toyota of Richardson and got Sam Veloz as my Internet Sales Specialist. I will not hesitate to refer anyone I know to Toyota of Richardson and ask for Sam Veloz. More

Stay away from the service department Stay away! Dishonest service department is a scam. I took my 2015 SR5 Tundra 4x4 in for the 5,000 mile Toyota Care service which includes an oil an Stay away! Dishonest service department is a scam. I took my 2015 SR5 Tundra 4x4 in for the 5,000 mile Toyota Care service which includes an oil and filter change. I had read on some of the Tundra forums stories of some unscrupulous dealerships were only changing the oil while claiming to change both the oil and the filter. (On the 4x4 Tundra, to access the oil filter canister, you need to remove the skid plate that is attached by 8 bolts. You need to remove the skid plate before you can replace the oil filter.) Knowing some dealerships were short changing their customers, I marked the bolts on my skid plate with "torque seal" a product used in the aviation industry that quickly lets mechanics know if a bolt had been removed or loosened. After I picked up my truck, I checked the skid plate and sure enough, it had NOT been removed. Remember, without removing the skid plate, it is IMPOSSIBLE to remove the oil filter. I double checked my invoice, and it showed an oil AND a filter change. If their service department is willing to cut corners and not remove 8 bolts to get to the oil filter, what else are they scamming their customers for? More
