Salesman was very knowledgeable about the car and its features and gave us a good tutorial before we drove it home. Also, we forgot to remove some items from the trade in vehicle. As soon as Jonathan found those, he secured them and notified us that he would have them. Honesty is obviously an important part of their program----very refreshing, these days..... Overall, if anyone is looking for a great car at a fair price that they want to buy on their terms, not the dealerships, Toyota of Richardson is the place to go-----and don't forget to ask for Jonathan or Rahman.
