I was a this dealership for a service and ended up trading my vehicle for a newer model. Sales person showed me the new vehicle and we agreed. Spent almost 5 hours negotiating the numbers and I got a trading my vehicle for a newer model. Sales person showed me the new vehicle and we agreed. Spent almost 5 hours negotiating the numbers and I got a new car. I told them I had a doctor's appointment and had to leave. He insisted and delivered my new car. After I went to see my doctor Angeles got home I noticed there were some items missing. I called the dealership and they asked me to go back to them to talk about it. The salesman said I was my fault for taking it as it was. More
