First 5000Mile Service after getting my 2025 RAV4: 1. Wiper blades are out of the socket as in the rubber is sticking out of the harness and that’s one of the multipoint check by Toyota service and was n Wiper blades are out of the socket as in the rubber is sticking out of the harness and that’s one of the multipoint check by Toyota service and was not fixed after going home I realized and fixed it on my own. 2. The advisor I was talking to him trying to make him hear my concerns and he tried to skip it and said he’ll be back and that’s they took my car while he handed me a ticket. 3. They gave a ticket after taking the car in and when I wanted to check on the status and I called the number it’s picked up by some one from automation ford or someone from Minnesota or some place a different state. Not sure I had to call the sales then get the service and then checked on the status of the car. 4. I reported the issue over the phone and even texted him once I got the message that contact the advisor over a number that whenever I’m breaking it’s kind of making a weird noice and they not check on it and even told me that it was a last minute thing and they’ll check on it next time I bring the car in or on any other appointment. Second Appointment My cars infotainment’s malfunctioned and again the same issue with breaking the weird noice. 1. They told me straight away that’s it’s gonna take some time and almost whole day from morning 10-3 they had my car and nothing no problem with my infotainment system or The weird noice. 2. No update from the advisor till noon and I kept calling him no response after sometime he called and told nothings wrong and they could reproduce the issue and told me that the car is ready. I told I’ll come pick it up. 3. I was back at the service section and the advisor is not there probably after checking with multiple people and waiting for almost 40min I was told to check with other advisors and get the car out. Tried to check on the diagnosis and told to only check with the advisor who’s not to be found in the office. Over all not sure if that’s customer care or is it called no one cared just Listen to what they say and keep quiet and get going. Bad customer care. Bad service. Bad experience. I wish there was another Toyota service station near by or even I’ll next time got to a different location. More
They held the truck at the mechanic shop after I bought and didn’t give me the 3 day Group 1 no commitment grace period. I wasn’t even able to have my hands on the truck and the window was closed since it and didn’t give me the 3 day Group 1 no commitment grace period. I wasn’t even able to have my hands on the truck and the window was closed since it was in their shop past 6 days. Seemed kind of fishy to me think they would stand by that grace period no commitment deal once you leave the dealership since I had no control over it? More
