I chose North Austin Toyota as close to my job, to save time. Two hours after arrival, I got my car back. Poor communication at check-in. No one told Casey to come see me, I sat 20 minutes waiting to be ch time. Two hours after arrival, I got my car back. Poor communication at check-in.
