have always received excellent service from the professionals here, and I have been a loyal customer for seven years. However, my recent experience with the billing staff was extremely disappointin professionals here, and I have been a loyal customer for seven years. However, my recent experience with the billing staff was extremely disappointing. The ladies in the billing department were disrespectful, unfriendly, and provided very poor customer service. Unfortunately, their attitude left such a negative impression that I no longer feel comfortable returning. In seven years of being a customer, I had never experienced anything like this before. It is truly disappointing when the excellent work of the professionals is overshadowed by the poor treatment received from the billing staff. More
