When I dropped off my car I told them about the sound that had brought me in. To follow up after drop off they called my husband and tried to sell me a new car. They did not have any record of the extend that had brought me in. To follow up after drop off they called my husband and tried to sell me a new car. They did not have any record of the extended warranty until I said I’d come down and show them the paperwork-then they were able to find it. They would never return my calls, nobody seemed to know what the other was doing and when I finally got my car back there was a scratch! More

Teamwork was outstanding. I came in with a few concerns, they diagnosed everything thoroughly and found the noise was actually brakes.
