Worst possible service ever. Had an engine replacement for Toyota tundra recall. These guys can’t even install the engine correctly all kind of lights going on for the last year Had an engine replacement for Toyota tundra recall. These guys can’t even install the engine correctly all kind of lights going on for the last year and a half. While the car is at there getting that done they wrecked my car. Don’t even tell me what happened. Finally get my car back. Everything’s all out of place. There’s paint over spray overspray everywhere. Parts aren’t even put back in place. I talked to my service guy Brantley and he’s clueless. Dealership has no accountability, no integrity and all the employees don’t even know what they’re doing from service to mechanics, body and management. More

dishonest service depart typically requesting to do $1000-$2000 of unnecessary work at a hugely inflated rate on each visit even when asking to check their previous work. then if you refuse their servi $1000-$2000 of unnecessary work at a hugely inflated rate on each visit even when asking to check their previous work. then if you refuse their service, they charge hundreds of dollars in diagnostic fees even without providing any useful diagnosis. overall they appear professional but underneath their appearances they are not the most honest shop More

Broke my suspension, basically refused me from driving because of it and gave a discount on replacement but the price was still much more expensive than other quotes. Ended up having to cancel and receive because of it and gave a discount on replacement but the price was still much more expensive than other quotes. Ended up having to cancel and receive a fine for a missed appointment, miss work, and dealership refused to give more than an additional $12 discount, which was less than the Uber it took to come back to pick up my car. More

Made appointment for oil change days ahead. Arrived 15 minutes before the appointment time 10:30 am on Monday March 16, 2026. It took them 3 hours to do the just oil change. Last oil change took 2:30 hours. One before that took 2 hours. When I told told to my friends they recommended Toyota of Ceder Park. Guss what i am taking the my next oil change, break fluid change, coolant change and fuel system clean to somewhere else. Do not go this place. The waiting are is dirty. Bad attitude of too many lazy service advisors. More
