June 6th i brought my 2026 Toyota Crown in for repair of my pedestrian protection system. As on August 5th my car is still waiting on a part before my collision repair is completed. I was originally give my pedestrian protection system. As on August 5th my car is still waiting on a part before my collision repair is completed. I was originally given an estimate of July 31st for my repairs to be completed. I have recently been told now that my car will not be finished for repair until August 31st. The communication regarding the status of my car and the urgency to find this part is has great room for improvement. I don't know if the issue is the dealership or manufacturer I know I am beyond frustrated and ready to have my car back. today i have escalated my concerns. I advise anyone making a decision to choose this place for collision repairs to go anywhere else. More

It’s a lot different now. I’ve been going here for over 7 years. I always get the maintenance package. I do like the old customer lounges better.i miss browsing the parts coun I’ve been going here for over 7 years. I always get the maintenance package.
