Dear Valued Guest, Thank you for bringing this to our attention. I sincerely apologize for the condition in which your vehicle arrived. What you described is unacceptable and does not reflect the standards we set for our dealership. You were assured that the vehicle would be cleaned prior to shipping, and we clearly failed to meet that expectation. An interior with crumbs, pet hair, spills, fingerprints, or overall unclean conditions is not acceptable under any circumstances. Rain does not explain or excuse the condition of a vehicle’s interior, and I regret that explanation was given to you. I am also very concerned to hear about the deep scratch you discovered that was not disclosed prior to shipping. Transparency is extremely important to us, and this should have been clearly communicated before delivery. We understand that you trusted us, especially after paying to have your vehicle shipped, and we did not live up to that trust. For that, I truly apologize. We sincerely apologize that your visit did not reflect the level of service, communication, or respect we strive to provide—especially for what should have been a straightforward tire repair. We understand how frustrating it is to be given an estimated timeframe and then experience delays with very little communication, compounded by staff transitions at the end of the day. It’s especially concerning to hear that our internal communication breakdown and a dismissive response from a team member added to your frustration. That is not acceptable, and we are truly sorry. While we do our best to accommodate guests during busy periods, that should never come at the expense of transparency, courtesy, or professionalism. Your feedback has been shared directly with our service leadership team so we can address these gaps—particularly around communication, staff handoffs, and customer interaction. We regret that the Service Manager was unavailable at the time and that your concerns were not fully resolved during your visit.
