The professional service advisor, Ange I called the service department at 6:00pm Monday night and wanted to bring my car in Tuesday morning at 8:30am. The professional service advisor, Angel, said "No Problem. We'll see you then" I arrived at 8:30am on Tuesday and was promptly greeted by a friendly face. When I told him I wanted to see Angel, he immediately let Angel know I was there. Even though Angel was assisting another customer, he acknowledged my presence and said he would be with me in just a few minutes. And, true to his word he was. This type of customer service is the rule, not the exception, at Maund Toyota. Keep up the great work! More

It's a given that you are buying a quality car, but the fact that they don't just rest on those laurels, but also stress customer service, is appreciated and duly noted! Shannon Brady was great and he explained everything to us. The process was pretty straightforward. We were glad to be rid of the usual salesman card game and just talk cars. Great service! I went in for my 5,000-Mike maintenance check. Tgey gave a nice, clean waiting room fully equipped w/coffee, water, sodas, and tv. Getting your car serviced is a breeze I have been leasing cars at Charles Maund Toyota for about 6 years now and of course always get them serviced there. As far as I can remember I've ne I have been leasing cars at Charles Maund Toyota for about 6 years now and of course always get them serviced there. As far as I can remember I've never had a bad experience with the service department. As I always wait for the car, I have spent lots of time in the waiting areas and find the one to the right of the drive through to be the quietest of the two. Its a little worn, not fancy, but its fine for an hour and if you get there by 9:00 a.m. or so there's always donuts. The service reps are unfailingly polite and I've never had to bug anyone about waiting too long for my car. All in all it makes a necessary ho-hum routine quite palatable. More

Mailia says Japan said tires are good I had a great easy sale for Mailia, I picked a car online and she delivered it next day. They received retail so they were happy. Referred her two I had a great easy sale for Mailia, I picked a car online and she delivered it next day. They received retail so they were happy. Referred her two clients and bought two trucks in two years from Charles Maund. They brought the car to me and I questioned the tires, well a week later 300 miles I have a wheel issue that was not their fault. I had the tires looked at because I really didn't think they were good when Mailia dropped off the car. I was told they have about 3000 miles on them. I called same day and was told Japan sets the certified criteria. Not them. Well Charles Maund made a decision to sell to a good client who gave them $150,000 in sales in two year "worn" tires. This was a used car so I overlooked the tear in tint and worn leather. But the tires I questioned was to much. I asked for customer service they waited four days and wanted to see the tires. They could have asked that on day one I would have had Discount Tire hold them. Bad Bad Company. I hope the $500 you saved by screwing your best client will hurt your company.
