Today, i was there for services my Truck and service adviser Mr. Zane advice me about 30k miles need to services and i said ok. Then after 3 hours Mr. Zane called me to said my truck is ready to pick up adviser Mr. Zane advice me about 30k miles need to services and i said ok. Then after 3 hours Mr. Zane called me to said my truck is ready to pick up. But when I went to pick my truck, i paid 6 Hundred Plus but they have not done the work. without done work they charged me and i told to Mr. Zane about that and he blamed to mechanics. I don’t know whose fault. Then, he fix my truck but he hold me almost 2 hours. Please be careful everyone because i have been using this location since 2015. Thanks More
Made appointment for oil change days ahead. Arrived 15 minutes before the appointment time 10:30 am on Monday March 16, 2026. It took them 3 hours to do the just oil change. Last oil change took 2:30 hours. One before that took 2 hours. When I told told to my friends they recommended Toyota of Ceder Park. Guss what i am taking the my next oil change, break fluid change, coolant change and fuel system clean to somewhere else. Do not go this place. The waiting are is dirty. Bad attitude of too many lazy service advisors. More

I went to Toyota of North Austin for new vehicle services this morning. Mr. Sergio Barne was my assigned service advisor. The dealer provides the virtual time tracking and the assigned service advisor and this morning. Mr. Sergio Barne was my assigned service advisor. The dealer provides the virtual time tracking and the assigned service advisor and the vehicle owner communications continue open during the vehicle being served. The result of the vehicle diagnose was feedback to the vehicle owner during the service via email. Mr. Barron addressed the issues and detailed causation of the issues to me when service completed. The working process is very efficient and orderly. All employees were focused on their responsibility. Mr.Barron was very professional and knowledgeable for what he's doing.
