They check you in and never call you back, I never heard from my service advisor, and when I called back to see if my vehicle was done, he had "left early for the day" Also the female who took my call, spok from my service advisor, and when I called back to see if my vehicle was done, he had "left early for the day" Also the female who took my call, spoke to me (over the phone) like I was an idiot. Overall good service but the service technician, after completing his inspection, recommended replacing my front rotors when the only thing that was necessary was replacing the brake pads. My husband easily did that and said the rust that the technician was concerned about was minor and superficial, saving us about $500. More
