The woman who checked me in was rude and very dismissive of my concerns or the information I shared about my car. This is the second time I’ve had to work with her and she was just as dismissive the last ti of my concerns or the information I shared about my car. As for the dealership, I brought my car in a few months ago because I felt my breaks were slipping. Despite the woman saying it wasn’t a valid concern, they supposedly checked it out and said nothing was wrong. Then I come in for maintenance and surprise, my alignment is off. Why wasn’t this addressed when I brought my car in the first time? In addition, when I picked up my car, there were oil stains on my visor. Though I will say they cleaned most of it off when I brought it to their attention. I am very disappointed in Toyota Direct. If I had another choice close enough, I would not go to them. More
The online assistant made an appointment for me which I chose to be a Monday, Labor Day. I showed up at the appointed time but everything seemed to be closed so I went back the next day at the same time a chose to be a Monday, Labor Day. I had an appointment at 10:30 am for an oil change. After 30 minutes I went out and saw my jeep on the lift. 30 more minutes went by i staciawent out to check on my jeep and it wasn’t on the lift and n After 30 minutes I went out and saw my jeep on the lift. 30 more minutes went by i staciawent out to check on my jeep and it wasn’t on the lift and no one could update me 20 minutes went by and my jeep was back on the lift and looked like it was wet thought they may have washed it .They did not. Why was it wet? 10 minutes later jeep still on the lift, finally found someone to help and a couple minutes later it was done. I drove 100 miles for this appointment. On the way home about 25 minutes out I started smelling anti -freeze. Low and behold I had to take it to the jeep dealership to have a new radiator put in. I I’m thinking someone damaged my radiator while changing the oil and that’s what took so long and why it was wet. Not a happy customer to say the least! More
