Overall experience was excellent. They all reached out to make sure I was taken care off. Highly recommend working with Andy Lopez. Internet sales were on top of any questions I had from the get go, and once make sure I was taken care off. Highly recommend working with Andy Lopez. Internet sales were on top of any questions I had from the get go, and once making contact with Mr. Lopez he was there for any additional questions and responded in a timely manner. Was professional during entire process: I recommend working with Mr. Andy Lopez, and Tomball Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram. More
Please do not buy your car here! Get ready to be scammed if you do. I went in and made a deal on a new Jeep Grand Cherokee. We also came to an agreement on my trade in value. So we had an agreed on final pr if you do. I went in and made a deal on a new Jeep Grand Cherokee. We also came to an agreement on my trade in value. So we had an agreed on final price. They started the credit application and ran my credit. Then, after we already had an agreed on price, they try to add on an $800 Apex security system. I told them no, I wasn’t going to pay for it. They said it was required. The sales person tried to tell me I would receive a 30% discount on my insurance by getting it (I called my insurance and they said there is absolutely no discount by adding this). So I walked out of the dealership without a car. Im not happy about the dealership trying to scam me after we already came to an agreement on the price, but what is more upsetting is they put a hard inquiry on my credit report. Please, please, please do not buy your car from this dealership. There are many others around town that will not scam you with this overpriced bs security system. More
Absolutely don’t recommend. 0 stars if I could. I was just stationed in Italy for 3 years and my Husband and I wanted to come home to a truck. After multiple back and forth emails and many times of not r just stationed in Italy for 3 years and my Husband and I wanted to come home to a truck. After multiple back and forth emails and many times of not receiving any info back, we went to the location to see Eric in person. Truck was “ready” for my husband to purchase and Eric said monthly payment would be 850. We said no way! We wanted to talk to the finance person, Michael, who said we were approved for 45,000 (my husband and I together), interest was 10% and again, monthly payment of 850. We told him Navy Federal approved my Husband for 40,000 with a 6.8 interest rate which made payments 6 something, BY HIMSELF. We wanted to go with navy federal. Then all of a sudden Michael says, “we can’t do this deal if you go with an outside bank”, “you won’t get this deal anywhere else”, this is the best deal you’ll see”, “we are actually losing money”, “ take it or leave it”, yada yada. Tomball Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram, please teach your workers about customer service. Not only did we waste our time, we wasted Eric’s and Michael’s time. We wanted to have a smooth transition once we landed but that was NOT the case. We tried to do what we could via email but y’all could’ve just said, “hey, your payment will be 850 a month and by the way, you have to finance through us”. What a great first day back in the US this was. Oh and Michael, we ended up finding something way better with Auto Nation so thanks! More
Salesperson not transparent and “dodges” answering direct questions. When asked if the price agreed upon includes a warranty, he said yes. It ended up that the price of the car did not include a warranty. questions. When asked if the price agreed upon includes a warranty, he said yes. It ended up that the price of the car did not include a warranty. The monthly payment did however. Thus, I ended up paying for the warranty out of my pocket. Very deceiving. I am a single woman, looking to retire in a few years and I absolutely did not appreciate the way I was treated. Salesperson even raised his voice to me and said this is what I agreed to. He obviously wanted to take the focus off the price of the car. I’ll never go back, not even for service. Heard from others that Tomball Dodge/Ford are horrible. Also, someone needs to instruct him on the CORRECT way to wear a mask. More
The worst experience ever, will not ever purchase from here ever, I was almost kindly robbed by this dealership. I am very disappointing the way this dealership handles there business, they put the lowest here ever, I was almost kindly robbed by this dealership. I am very disappointing the way this dealership handles there business, they put the lowest price on internet and when you walk in hit you the full price, why is it that I got as far as ready to purchase it at a supposedly discount price but almost end up paying full sticker price??? And no rebates included but supposedly they were 6000 in disb??? And being forced a $4000.00 dollar warranty on. The finance person Ahmeed really had me going on how much hard work they put into making this deal happen with all kinds of discounts come to realize he was really taking advantage of me, I understand everyone had to make money but not be robbed in a kind way. Be aware of everything you sign it could sound to good to be true. Truck was msrp 60000, sticker price and I was being financed supposedly 56000 with all the rebates and discounts they supposedly gave me and that’s cause I was giving a 3000 dollar down payment? And take in mind my credit was over 700plus, now does that sound like a deal 56000 + 3000 down total 59000😳😳 who comes out winning, oh and there best line was your payment is where you wanted it to be😂😂 please I have done so much better and will!!! I have tried to buy a car here twice over the past three and a half years and had unpleasant experiences each time. Back in 2016, when I was trying to buy my Dodge Challenger, I came in and looked at th and a half years and had unpleasant experiences each time. Back in 2016, when I was trying to buy my Dodge Challenger, I came in and looked at the inventory. They had a great selection of vehicles. I knew what I wanted but I wasn’t in a hurry to buy because the vehicle I had worked perfectly fine. Nonetheless, I looked, test drive, and found THE car. When I sat down with the sales guy, I gave him my budget and what I wasn’t willing to compromise in the car. He pulled numbers, then went to speak to the sales manager. When he came back, he gave me the worst finance option EVER. My payment was $300-$400 more than what I told him I budgeted for. PLUS, he asked me to put more money down. I told him that I was upfront about my bottom line and I that I wouldn’t be able swing anything more than that. He kept trying to wheel and deal me so I ended up walking away. The next day he called me and asked me how I was. I let him know that I was good and on the way to sign papers for my new car. He then asked me if the other dealership had been able to meet my parameters and I let him know that they could. He asked to call me back so I said that was fine. 15 minutes later... He calls me saying that they could match the deal!!! WHAT IN THE HECK! Anyway, needless to say, Tomball Dodge didn’t get the sale. Fast forward to 3.5 years later... I’m ready to trade my car in for a Jeep Wrangler Unlimited. I went to the gentleman who assisted in my first car purchase but unfortunately they didn’t have any inventory in stock, or not for what I was looking for at least... I decided I’d give Tomball Dodge another chance. I mean, maybe the sales guy was just bad at his job. Anyway, I walked in, probably a little too aggressive, but I know what I want. I also don’t think that what I’m asking is too far fetched either. I meet with a gentleman named David. He was really cool, patient, and showed me what there was. I found something I wanted and he gave me the walk through of the Jeep. He really did a good job of presenting the vehicle. When we went to talk business, he seemed really confident in what he could do for me. I went over all the details of what I wanted for trade in, let him know what my current loan interest was, what I was prepared to pay as a down payment, and what I wanted my monthly payments to look like. He went back to give the manager my info, run my credit, and when he came back... it was basically the same type business I experienced before. He wanted me to put more down, low balled me On the trade, my payments were $200-$300 more than was I wanted to pay and he blamed my credit. I let him know I wasn’t happy and I wasn’t going to buy under those circumstances. He went back and the manager came out and speak to me. This man also seemed very nice. I went over my concerns, he came up on the trade and let me know that the loan options could change but that they would have to call on Monday. I said okay, and he told me someone would call me ON MONDAY. It’s now Friday. I haven’t heard from anyone and I even called on Wednesday to follow up. The receptionist said that either David or the manager would call me back.... I left my name and number just to make sure. Still, I haven’t heard anything. I also failed to mention, that when they took my car for appraisal, they never brought it back until I was already fed up and way past ready to leave. Oh, and when I was leaving they had the audacity to ask me if my experience was better than the time before. So, in my opinion, go somewhere else. These people don’t do honest business and know nothing about REAL customer service. At the end of the day, even if they aren’t willing to meet my criteria, they should have called and said so. Their lack of follow up showed me how shady this group of sales people are. Surface kindness will kill a business. More
Wish I could choose a negative star rating. Bought a new truck from Tomball Dodge a few weeks ago. I’ve been trying to contact my sales rep about an issue with my truck, for weeks with no response. Once the truck from Tomball Dodge a few weeks ago. I’ve been trying to contact my sales rep about an issue with my truck, for weeks with no response. Once they have your money, you cease to exist. Please take it from all of the customers like me that are leaving negative comments and low star ratings. I should have purchased from AutoNation Dodge in Spring. You will regret your purchase if you buy from Tomball Dodge. Worst customer service that I’ve ever experienced. If I treated my customers like this, I’d go out of business. I wish I would have read these reviews before I made my purchase. More
Terrible customer service and we bought our last 2 vehicles there! Won't return calls or emails. Lower range of our trade in was $27,000 but only wanted to give us $16,000 when we got there and vehi vehicles there! Won't return calls or emails. Lower range of our trade in was $27,000 but only wanted to give us $16,000 when we got there and vehicle is only a year old in great condition. They then ignored our emails and phone calls. Obviously don't care about repeat business. More
