The worst customer service ever! I wish I could give ZERO STARS! If you want to spend the next 6 MONTHS being EXTREMELY frustrated, take your vehicle to this "service" center. We purchased a vehicle from this company in Nov 2025. It is now MAY 2026 and the things that needed fixed when we purchased the vehicle were just completed. The customer service is essentially non-existent. We were lied to about parts being ordered, and then on backorder multiple times. (NO ONE IS DOING THEIR JOB!!!) They would promise us things would be done in a certain timeframe and NEVER delivered. No one ever returns phone calls or texts - if using this company, communicating with these people better become your new fulltime job. Oh, and the best part, the customer service reps change the email addresses in your file so you never get a survey asking how the service was- EXTREMELY SHADY BUISNESS PRACTICES!! The things we needed fixed were very miniscule issues....like a carpet in the back being replaced, a cover for a battery under a seat, and they couldn't handle it. We had these things in our contract for purchasing the car or we certainly would have gone elsewhere. AVOID THIS MAINTENANCE SERVICE CENTER AT ALL COSTS!! More

THIS IS A NEGATIVE REVIEW DOES NOT EVEN DESERVE 1 STAR*****Purchased a vehicle late on a Saturday night, an extended warranty on a brand new 2026 vehicle was added without our consent, we were never told, asked or shown any extended warranty information, plus we never buy extended warranties especially on brand new vehicles. We have purchased several vehicles in our lifetime and have never been treated or deceived like this. We went back to the dealership first thing Monday morning and asked to cancel the warranty and rewrite the contract for all the same terms but without the warranty in the amount of $5500.00. They said it was sent off already and they could not do that, they also said that we would lose our interest rate, which I found out was not true? I called the warranty company, and they informed me that it could be voided because it was still pending and it could be taken off the contract. The dealership refused to do that and said the loan was sent off already. They refused to let us talk to the finance director. I spoke with Stellantis Financial also and they said they still had not received the paperwork , and they suggested rewriting the contract without the warranty on the contract. They said it would not change the terms or the interest rate of the loan it would just change the amount financed. The dealership has refused to do this. They have refused to let us talk to anyone but the sales manager, who is not an honest person to deal with. This dealership also tacks on fees and will not take them off they make you purchase a GPS tracking for $950 and other addons for $850. These extended warranties they force on you are through a company called APEX. After doing some research, there is some information out there that the owner of the dealership may have some financial interest in this warranty company and that could be why they falsely and deceptively add these warranties without the buyer’s knowledge. There are tons of bad Google reviews talking about this same subject and they have an F rating with the BBB due to their deceptive sales tactics and adding charges without the buyer’s knowledge and for not going over what the charges are for. We were never asked, never discussed anything about a warranty and we were not given any paperwork for a warranty. I questioned the F&I guy that evening about the payment not sounding correct and he made up some excuse. Shame on us we were tired and just wanted out of there it was after 9pm and they kept us there for almost 3 hours. The next morning, I looked over the contract and saw the $5500 charge for the extended Apex warranty. I messaged the sales guy after church that morning and he said come back to the dealership Monday and they will take it off and make it right. We took a day off work and drove back up there, and they were rude and said it could not be taken off but we could cancel the warranty. Which was not true they could have taken it off because the warranty was still pending with the warranty company and they said to just void it and rewrite the contract. Stellantis Financial said the same thing but the dealership refused and they refused to let us talk to the Finance Dept. I contacted the General Sales Manager, the Client Relations Dept, the General Manager and the Financial Director and no one has returned a call or an email. BUYERS BEWARE read over every line on your contract. They also use bait and switch tactics to get you up there, they grossly, deceptively and falsely advertise on their pricing, only to change everything when you get there. More

If negative stars could be given, I would certainly have given them a -10. I bought a vehicle there last October (2024) and have had the same malfunction 4 times since the purchase. The first 2 times I went, my windshield mirror had fallen and was just hanging down, swinging everywhere, and I had electrical issues. They NEVER DOCUMENTED this in their system I soon found out. The 3rd time I brought the vehicle back due to the mirror falling off AGAIN, I learned none of the previous visits were documented and most of the previous service team members were gone. Today, just a few months later, the mirror falls off AGAIN. I am going out of town, and I am not taking that car unless it is fixed - it is embarrassing. I started calling the dealership at 9:30am this morning and left messages for ALL managers and no one has even returned my call. This has cost me time off from work and a lot of frustration. I have a case with corporate now, but this dealership's customer service is horrendous. AVOID TOMBALL DODGE! More

I spent almost 3 hours in the dealership trying to purchase a new Ram 1500. I had started off the interaction with my sales rep with "I don't want to pay over $1000/month" from that he began to show m purchase a new Ram 1500. (none of which were the ones I had gone in to look at originally because they had "just sold") As we were beginning to zero in on a truck that he continuously pushed....it started ROUGH and had a check engine light on. After that we switched to a different truck and they began the paperwork. Original monthly numbers were high and he said once they ran my credit we would get a better number....FALSE. They came back higher and so began the "haggling". When I wasn't satisfied with the terms he said he never would have run my credit if he knew I didn't want to pay over $1000. After assuring me that they had applied everything they could, they somehow come back hundreds lower. Still over $1000 so I passed, at which point they sent out the "manager" who assured me they couldn't do better. I told him I would not put my family in a tough position financially over a truck and I needed my keys. He questioned me, "seriously, over $100?" and left again. Finally me original sales rep came back and stated that I had "won" and that they were offering $1000 and not a penny over and wanted to know if we were good to go. I told him no and to give me my keys, he repeated his question and when I said no, I need my keys; he dropped them on the desk and called me a waste of time. Be Aware of Tomball Dodge* I went in to purchase a used car I had seen online. Everything was going good until it came to the price. I told him to remove my trade and bring me a final cash price.the salesman left and came back after 10mins with another salesman who he said was the manager. This new salesman was pushing me to buy but wanted me to finance with them. I told him no and then he proceeded to tell me about the mandatory dealer added items on’s. I was very clear told him that I did not want any add ons and asked for my cash price and to remove the trade. When he came back the price was $7000.00 more that the advertised price. I showed him the website listing and asked for my keys back, he walked away to the finance area loudly talking and say that was the price if I financed it. I asked several times to speak to a manager but was refused. When the original salesman came back to give me my stuff he was rude and told me it was time for me to leave. I accused him of advertising a false price and a his. Moment was “so your a lawyer too” I have never been treated this way from a business before and they should be ashamed of themselves for wasting peoples time. I took my truck to their service center due to a battery issues and in a full week all they could tell me was my battery was bad. Well I gathered that much when my truck was dead. When I finally got my truck back, I discovered they hadn't properly tightened my oil filter so I had lost a full quart on my driveway. I finally got around to deep cleaning it and found that alot of covers are missing and components that are usually protected are exposed. Stealing my parts is a new low. I noticed my wheel lock was missing right away luckily so I drove back to get that at least. There's alot more I could list here but I think this is enough. This is the worst experience I've ever had while getting repairs/ maintenance on my vehicle. More
