Advertise their "Pink Perfect Price", which is $10,000 less than the MSRP, to find out that it is good only if you finance with them, although that's not disclosed on the webpage (I was a cash buyer). I also used their trade-in value tool only to be told that my trade (which was in excellent condition and which I had sent photos of before driving an hour to the dealership) was $9000 less than the bottom of the range of their tool. Lastly, held the keys to my car until I asked for them at least 10 different times. I'm a retired attorney, but found their sales approach very aggressive and unfriendly. More

On both occasions, I have called in advance to ask if I can have a loaner vehicle if they need to keep my truck. On both occasions, I am told yes and my warranty covers it. Each time I have dropped off my truck I am met with rude service department employees who tell me they have no vehicle to loan me while they repair my warrantied vehicle. I am told they can drop me to a rental company but I will have to pay for the rental vehicle. Today I was told to take my truck home and they would call me when a loaner was available. When I asked what to do if my truck won’t start again, I was told to call a tow company. I was being polite until the service employee told me to take my truck (that won't start unless I jump it) home and wait for them to call me. On both occasions, that I have had to deal with the service department, I have had to get rude with the staff and magickly a loaner vehicle is available. I hate being rude to people but this place is ridiculous. I'm about to buy a second truck but will not be buying from Dodge Tomball. More
Tomball dodge in Houston, Texas contacted me saying they were ready to give insane deals just to move Challengers and Chargers. I wrote back saying I live 4 hours away but I'd make the drive in if you could were ready to give insane deals just to move Challengers and Chargers. I wrote back saying I live 4 hours away but I'd make the drive in if you could bring your advertised 38K Charger down to 30K out the door price. Dealer: Seems reasonable to me since we are really trying to push them off this lot. After the test drive they tried to sell the car to me for 44K. same car. More
Went in to buy truck for posted internet price. We found the exact truck on the yard (exact VIN). When they found out I wanted to pay cash - was told the cash price was $9k more. Worse carney-conman car dealer experience I’ve ever had. In the end - I walked out and bought some where else. More
This dealership lied to me about removing a bedliner under Warranty and sprayed right over the old one and it lasted one day. I took it back and they damaged my tailgate and it cost 500.00 to repair and under Warranty and sprayed right over the old one and it lasted one day. I took it back and they damaged my tailgate and it cost 500.00 to repair and they don't want to pay me back. Bad Service and Liars are my thoughts on this place. The Owner doesn't return phone calls either. Tom Wetz More
Since I had to detail clean the inside of my vehicle due to how it was given back to me in such a dirty condition(brown dirty hand prints all over the roof of the vehicle, dusty foot prints on my seats and to how it was given back to me in such a dirty condition(brown dirty hand prints all over the roof of the vehicle, dusty foot prints on my seats and brown dusty marks all over the interior of the vehicle and scuff marks on the sides of the trunk, dirty foot prints all on the back in the trunk and back of 3rd row. Both my kids cars seats where poorly handled and had dirty hand prints on the material. My 8month baby car seat toy that was hanging on top of her car seat along with her blanket had dirty black shoe prints all over them) and while cleaning my vehicle the tints on my back window 3rd row behind the driver has a scratched. And I know for sure that upon leaving my vehicle with you guys for my sunroof repair I had no scratch on my tints. This is quite unacceptable because I had a loner car from you guys during that time and you guys have such a detailed list of how you wanted me to use the vehicle and what condition it should be kept and brought back to you guys. Now I would think that since you wanted me to take such good care of your vehicle while I had it l, the same would be for my vehicle that I left with you guys but no. For a dealership that is certified to maintain and care for a luxury vehicle brand as the Wagoneer you guys have done such a poor job in caring for mines while it was at you establishment. More

I arrive for my appointment, and as I’m checking in with Matt, he tells me he can’t look at it and that I’d have to leave it for at least a week. He also wanted to argue with me about whether my truck was equipped with rain sensor or not, which it doesn’t. He advised he would order a new wiper motor, without even getting it in the shop to troubleshoot. At this point I’m done with Matt. The following day I get a call from customer service at the dealership. She was professional and apologized for Matt’s unprofessional actions with me and advises she will hand off my service follow up to another advisor. A month later, I haven’t heard anything from them. I spoke with Jeremy and he advised my part had come in two weeks ago. They install the new wiper motor and tell me my truck is ready. As I’m pulling away, I stop to check the wipers and they still don’t work. The following day I get another call from the same young lady in customer service. I once again expressed my displeasure. Later that day, I get a text asking about my experience and responded to that, expressing my displeasure, to which there was no response. I now have to go back a third time and I am guessing I will have to leave the truck for who knows how long. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. I like my truck but am regretting buying from Tomball Dodge. Absolutely worst service I have ever received. I took my new Ram truck with 29k miles on it into be serviced because the transmission was slipping. I purchased the extended warranty as well so I knew I would be fine. I actually left my truck with them while I went on vacation. They were supposed to fix the transmission, do a tire rotation and change the oil. When I showed up 8 days later to pick up the truck, they had not even touched my truck. There was much back and forth conversations and they ended up giving me a loaner for nearly another week. I went back to the dealership to pick up the truck after being told all was fixed. When I drove off the lot, the transmission slammed gears as if nothing was done. The dealership told me I had to drive it another 2500+ miles before they could even look at it again. ABSOLUTELY AWFUL customer service. Paul in the service department is the worst liar I have run across. DO NOT DEAL WITH HIM. The entire service department is a JOKE. This dealership is TERRIBLE. STAY AWAY. More
All I can say is NEVER give this dealership your business. I purchased a 2020 Jeep - Certified pre-owned. That was in March this year and it has been in their service department more than my gara business. I purchased a 2020 Jeep - Certified pre-owned. That was in March this year and it has been in their service department more than my garage ever since. I have spent hundreds if not thousands more since then on repairs and maintenance. The worst part is their service department attitude. I just picked my car up (for the 3rd time for the same issue) and spoke with ALEX or NICK who appears to be in charge of their service department. I will take any lie detector test ever if there is any doubt or he disputes this...but when I complained about the "certified pre-owned" he looked me straight in the eyes and said "That means nothing". A representative from the very dealership telling you to your face that they don't honor what they sell!!! We have lived in Texas, California, New Jersey, and Idaho and this dealership's attitude is WORSE THAN CALIFORNIA (I will get his name but there was another guy in service who looked up our account, confirmed we paid for the same fix already, but swore at my wife and me and said he had no time to discuss this issue). I make over a quarter million a year and have 5 kids.....guess what dealership my kids will not (EVER) be supporting. The only good guy at Tomball Dodge is Matt in (of all places) service. He truly cares about the customers....no idea how he could work there.....but if the ownership could get 10 more of him, they could become the best dealership in the state......instead of ALEX or NICK and his "F YOU" attitude.
