If negative stars could be given, I would certainly have given them a -10. I bought a vehicle there last October (2024) and have had the same malfunction 4 times since the purchase. The first 2 times I went, my windshield mirror had fallen and was just hanging down, swinging everywhere, and I had electrical issues. They NEVER DOCUMENTED this in their system I soon found out. The 3rd time I brought the vehicle back due to the mirror falling off AGAIN, I learned none of the previous visits were documented and most of the previous service team members were gone. Today, just a few months later, the mirror falls off AGAIN. I am going out of town, and I am not taking that car unless it is fixed - it is embarrassing. I started calling the dealership at 9:30am this morning and left messages for ALL managers and no one has even returned my call. This has cost me time off from work and a lot of frustration. I have a case with corporate now, but this dealership's customer service is horrendous. AVOID TOMBALL DODGE!

I spent almost 3 hours in the dealership trying to purchase a new Ram 1500. I had started off the interaction with my sales rep with "I don't want to pay over $1000/month" from that he began to show me trucks that would work for my situation/need. (none of which were the ones I had gone in to look at originally because they had "just sold") As we were beginning to zero in on a truck that he continuously pushed....it started ROUGH and had a check engine light on. After that we switched to a different truck and they began the paperwork. Original monthly numbers were high and he said once they ran my credit we would get a better number....FALSE. They came back higher and so began the "haggling". When I wasn't satisfied with the terms he said he never would have run my credit if he knew I didn't want to pay over $1000. After assuring me that they had applied everything they could, they somehow come back hundreds lower. Still over $1000 so I passed, at which point they sent out the "manager" who assured me they couldn't do better. I told him I would not put my family in a tough position financially over a truck and I needed my keys. He questioned me, "seriously, over $100?" and left again. Finally me original sales rep came back and stated that I had "won" and that they were offering $1000 and not a penny over and wanted to know if we were good to go. I told him no and to give me my keys, he repeated his question and when I said no, I need my keys; he dropped them on the desk and called me a waste of time. After leaving the dealership he then text me questioning me again.

Be Aware of Tomball Dodge* I went in to purchase a used car I had seen online. Everything was going good until it came to the price. The first offer showed the online price, but they offered me very little for my trade. And the salesman told me that all the dealer added items were mandatory as they were the policy of the owner. I told him to remove my trade and bring me a final cash price.the salesman left and came back after 10mins with another salesman who he said was the manager. This new salesman was pushing me to buy but wanted me to finance with them. I told him no and then he proceeded to tell me about the mandatory dealer added items on’s. I was very clear told him that I did not want any add ons and asked for my cash price and to remove the trade. When he came back the price was $7000.00 more that the advertised price. I showed him the website listing and asked for my keys back, he walked away to the finance area loudly talking and say that was the price if I financed it. I asked several times to speak to a manager but was refused. When the original salesman came back to give me my stuff he was rude and told me it was time for me to leave. I accused him of advertising a false price and a his. Moment was “so your a lawyer too” I have never been treated this way from a business before and they should be ashamed of themselves for wasting peoples time. I am filing a complaint with the state over this.

I took my truck to their service center due to a battery issues and in a full week all they could tell me was my battery was bad. Well I gathered that much when my truck was dead. When I finally got my truck back, I discovered they hadn't properly tightened my oil filter so I had lost a full quart on my driveway. I finally got around to deep cleaning it and found that alot of covers are missing and components that are usually protected are exposed. Stealing my parts is a new low. I noticed my wheel lock was missing right away luckily so I drove back to get that at least. There's alot more I could list here but I think this is enough. This is the worst experience I've ever had while getting repairs/ maintenance on my vehicle.

Awful experience here! Bought my truck in January 2025 the passenger seat was defective from dealer. Salesman and Sales manager both noted this was an issue and would replace the seat for me. After purchasing the truck I battled getting a hold of my salesman. Soon just taking matters to service directly only to find out my salesman no longer works at the dealer and they can’t help me. I have documentation from the day of purchase the truck was defective and they don’t want to help. I will be taking this to another dealer to see if they can make things right.

I purchased a Ram from Tomball Ram in August 2024 and it was a straight forward process. Not long after I purchased the truck, I received an error message about the air shocks. Naturally I made an appointment with the service department in October 2024. They had my truck for a week and couldn’t duplicate the issue. So I called them and them would pick it up. Not even two weeks later I brought it back to the service department for the same issue. I was told the software needed to be updated, so that took 11 days. After I got my truck back, it was missing several screws from the flares. 12 in total. I reported that issue and the service team resolve that quickly. The truck ran well with the occasional air shock error message over the next few months that would pop on for a few seconds and then clear. Then in April of 2025, I come outside and my front end is sitting on my tires. I make an appointment and it is towed to the service department. To make shorten a long story, they had my truck for 100+ days. During this time, I have to call them for updates every week because I was not being told anything about my vehicle. I was told that it’ll be resolved in two or three days, Three days would pass and no updates from the service of office. I was told I was waiting on parts, I was told I was waiting for approval from the warranty company, I was told that a mechanic working on the issue had quit and it needed to be reassigned to another technician, I was told so many lies during this time that it prompted me to write a letter to the General manager. I didn’t get a response from the general manager, but I did get a call from the Director of the service department. A gentleman by the name of Calvin Miller was able to get it resolved within a weeks time. Even though I have my vehicle now, I don’t feel Like a valued customer. I don’t feel enough was done to make me feel better about the service department lying to me for 100+ days. I feel like my issue was swept under the rug. Calvin did apologize I just don’t feel that is enough
