Being new to Pennsylvania, I felt welcomed and not pressured. Bryan my salesman was very helpful in providing a carfax report and allowing me the time to thoroughly check it out. My experience with Chris at Tom Hesser was nothing short of exceptional !! He is the best car sales person I’ve ever dealt with. He always had time to answer my numerous questions even on his day off !!! of exceptional !! He is the best car sales person I’ve ever dealt with. He always had time to answer my numerous questions even on his day off !!! This is my third BMW. The first two were bought in New York because I just didn’t have a great experience at Hesser BMW. Simple. You can’t rip off a 70 yr old when you only have 30 yr old brains. I asked for a written parts estimate and your off by 1,000.00 for 1 part. Don’t you realize a 16 yr old vehicle can make it with after market parts which you should ask cost of that would be ok. You didn’t because you’re not thinking smart.
