Today was my first time dealing with the service department at Tom Hesser Chevrolet/BMW. I brought my Trax in for a recall appointment and had my oil changed(which i didn't have an appointment for) department at Tom Hesser Chevrolet/BMW. I brought my Trax in for a recall appointment and had my oil changed(which i didn't have an appointment for) but asked Alisha if it was OK to add on the oil change. She said no problem and added it on for me. It's nice to walk into a dealership service department and not feel overwhelmed or rushed or like you have no clue what you're talking about. Definitely 5 stars today for Alisha and the rest of the service department. See you guys in 5,000 miles... lol More

The one lady that works in the office it was rude. I spent a lot of money on my car to find out that they only reseted the battery and never did the O2 sensors the upper and downer.
