Took the vehicle in for a wash, vacuum, and wipe down because there had been a spill on the center console. Upgraded to the Gold level for this service. As I was driving back home i looked down at a stop because there had been a spill on the center console. Upgraded to the Gold level for this service. As I was driving back home i looked down at a stop light and noticed that the center console cup holder and storage box were still sticking and not cleaned. Exterior, dash, and door panels were great as usual but the main reason we brought the car in to get cleaned was not touched. This has not been our experience in the past but on this day expectations were not exceeded. More
