This goes under the title 'No Good Deeds Go Unpunished". I actually had a good experience buying the car. The problem is - I cant drive it, register it or get insurance for it because they made Unpunished". I actually had a good experience buying the car. The problem is - I cant drive it, register it or get insurance for it because they made some clerical errors rhat they refuse to fix. Somehow they issued the wrong vin number . Until they send me a live signature on the corrected paperwork with the corrected vin I cant use the car. It has been 15 days and 8 phone callls later- and crickets. I am a great customer- I ordered the car I wanted, it came early ( yeah ) I was so happy- came the next day, paid cash for the car and a warrenty , loved the sales and finance staff but upper management doesnt seem to care that I cant actually drive the car until they send me the corrected paperwork. Keep in mind- I live in Arizona and they told me I had to trailer the car from California to Arizona- so I did. They phone bombed me 12 times when I was on the 40 freeway in the middle of the Mohave deseert in 60 mph wind gusts to get me to sign paperwork to correct their mistake. I accomodated them and 16 days later I still cant drive the car. I think they need to come to Arizona and take the car back since it is of no use to me. Wouldnt you think it would have been easier to send me one document with a live signature as required by Arizona DOT? As a side note, the last call I got asked me why I couldnt get the Arizona DOT to change their rules regarding signatures. Well- I guess I will call the Govenor and let them know Timmons wants the DOT requirments changed because they dont feel like walking to the mail box. Again, the folks that do the work are fabulous. My last comment is- upper management seems to think they can blame the workers for their mistakes. That really annoys me- as a small business owner I would never let one of my staff take the blame - its just wrong. I know when lower level staff is directed. So- please come and get your car and take respinsibilty, Man or Woman up! More

Excellent service, they show me all the available cars, and when the one trim that I wanted was not available, they show me when it will be. Also I could have ordered the exact trim with all the accessori and when the one trim that I wanted was not available, they show me when it will be.
