The purchase of our new chevy silverado truck was one of the easiest new vechicle purchases we ever had. From the first inquiry on the web site, to the fast response from the online representive. Then we worked with Will, looking at all the trucks on the lot. Once we went inside we worked with Will and Kosta to find other trucks in the area had the options we wanted. Kosta really went out of his way to find out what we were looking for and found 5 different trucks for us to compare and choose from. Once we made our decission they made arrangments for the truck to be transfered, and have the bedliner installed. While going through the paperwork Kosta and Carey suggested having the Xzilion Protection applied. Which arrangement were made and done a few days later. Great job done by all, very profession and honesty. We will definetly keep Ted Britt in mind the next time we are looking to buy a new vehicle. More

I had a cracked dash board and my truck was out of the warranty period. I called GM and told them the situation. They told me to take my truck to a dealer and have them look at it. He and Nick worked their magic and got my dash replaced at a considerable discount. It was a phenomenal experience! It began when we did a quick search online and called Ted Britt Chevrolet after being disappointed earlier that evening at another dealership. We viewed the vehicle, which was immaculately cleaned and polished, and Carmello provided us with the details of how to operate the vehicle and all of its features.
