I was a customer of Sterling Chevrolet and the service was terrible. I purchased an Avalanche and a Tahoe in 2004 and would return for the Maintenence / service plan and discovered that very little mainte was terrible. I purchased an Avalanche and a Tahoe in 2004 and would return for the Maintenence / service plan and discovered that very little maintenence was done if at all. Left a very bad taste in my mouth. I said that I would never go back there ever! However, I noticed Ted Britt had taken over and I went in to see if it was going to be different. Was greated by friendly staff, mainly Hook Pagnotta and...well so far it has been a very nice experience and I purchased a new Avalanche. I hope that this experience continues for the next few years of returning for service or what ever the reason for going there. More

I drove from very far away to get a license plate bracket put on the front of my newly bought vehicle. The parts department was going to order the part and make me come back, but Carmelo went to another veh put on the front of my newly bought vehicle. Purchased a used Vette on 1/13/2013. Noticed and discovered some major issues with the vehicle. Went back to Dealership and discussed with Jason who was extremely responsive and accomodating. Brought car back to service with a list of items that needed attention. Ronald is the person taking care of me in the service department and I must say that he is extremely helpful. This was my first purchase from Ted Britt, I have been a loyal Koons customer for many years (purchsed 5 new vehicles from them). I must say that the customer service level received from both Jason and Ronald are outstanding by any standard. Of course my dealing were with these two gentlemen so my review is based on their ethics. I recommend them with 100% confidance. 2/16/2013 Update: the staff at Ted Britt continue to surprise me! I can not say it enough, these folks are OUTSTANDING! They also employ the best mechanic in the DC area! Thomas Miller is a genius! If anyone reading this owns a vette and need any mechanical work, please be sure to bring your car here, he knows Z06's like the palm of his hand! He did it in a very professional, knowledgeable, and competent manner. He gained my trust with his low key earnest approach. No one likes to be high pressured and cannot make good decisions. He was most patient in answering my many questions about the car and pricing.
