Purchased a used Vette on 1/13/2013. Noticed and discovered some major issues with the vehicle. Went back to Dealership and discussed with Jason who was extremely responsive and accomodating. Brought car back to service with a list of items that needed attention. Ronald is the person taking care of me in the service department and I must say that he is extremely helpful. This was my first purchase from Ted Britt, I have been a loyal Koons customer for many years (purchsed 5 new vehicles from them). I must say that the customer service level received from both Jason and Ronald are outstanding by any standard. Of course my dealing were with these two gentlemen so my review is based on their ethics. I recommend them with 100% confidance. 2/16/2013 Update: the staff at Ted Britt continue to surprise me! I can not say it enough, these folks are OUTSTANDING! They also employ the best mechanic in the DC area! Thomas Miller is a genius! If anyone reading this owns a vette and need any mechanical work, please be sure to bring your car here, he knows Z06's like the palm of his hand! He was most patient in answering my many questions about the car and pricing.
