I stopped by this dealership to test drive a Cruze and met Mr. Hill. He was extremely helpful and answered all all my questions with out pressering me to make a purchase until I am totally ready. He was very informative, knew this cars well and in fact showed me other models I may not have considered. Having shopped at many other area dealerships I was very impressed with the professionalism and knowledge that Mr. Hill demonstrated during my visit. Although I did not purchase a car that day, I will return to purchase from Mr. Hill when I am ready to do so. This was my first time purchasing a Car. After having a less than stellar experience at another Chevy dealership in the area, my wife and I had been considering putting our search for a new automobile on h less than stellar experience at another Chevy dealership in the area, my wife and I had been considering putting our search for a new automobile on hold. On a whim we decided to stop by Ted Britt Chevrolet and see if things were better over there. We were greeted by our Salesman Masame promptly, and to our relief he began by asking us questions. He didn't feed us any lame stereotypical lines about getting us any non-existant discounts, giving us the "friends discount," or telling us how he "was not like other salesman." Mas actually listened to our needs, and worked throughout the afternoon with his sales manager Omar to find us the right car at the price point we originally had in mind. We ended up staying there most of the afternoon, test driving various versions of the Chevy Cruze. During the entire process, Masame was polite, considerate, and genuinely interested in our family. For a young couple carting a 4 month old baby around to a couple different dealerships, it was a relief to be able to work with a salesman like Masame. I hope he's still at Ted Britt in a couple years when it comes time for my wife to upgrade to a new car as well. More

I called Ted Britt Chevrolet after visiting their website. I was looking for a very specific, hard-to-find Suburban. My Sales Guy, Will Allen, stepped up to help. This was not an easy task as I ha website. I was looking for a very specific, hard-to-find Suburban. My Sales Guy, Will Allen, stepped up to help. This was not an easy task as I have been looking and dealing with other local dealerships for the last 6 months. Will is a friendly, hardworking, and determined person. He went up and beyond any other salesman we have dealt with in the past to find my truck. There were many frustrating bumps in the process of finding the Suburban I wanted, but not once did Will give up the search, try to sell me something I did not want or "lose my file". He was understanding, communicative, made himself available at all times, and willing to take on the challenge. Will hit a home run and found the truck well outside of our metro area! As always negotiating the price and trade is always a hassle and never a fun process, but we came to agreement fairly easily. Hook took the pain of buying a car away and found a way to avoid the haggling and simply get us the best deal and not waste his or our time. The process on all ends was very smooth and the staff courteous and helpful. I highly recommend Ted Britt Chevrolet in Sterling and strongly suggest finding Hook Pagnotta when you arrive. More
The experience at first was not good and we walked out at no fault to our very courteous and helpful sales associate Rory McNulty. Our son found a pre-owned Silverado that meet his needs. We reached an agreed selling price from the asking price on the vehicle. The picture changed when we asked about financing. All Carey, the finance director, was concerned about was not answering any term or rate questions ,but running our son's and my credit. We know our credit worthiness, and clearly with his down-payment of 50% the only issue was rate and affordability for him of the monthly payment. We walked out and Rory told us he would be there on Wed. Over the weekend we found the vehicle on several internet web sites and the asking price was different, which leads to lack of trust in the process and dealership's integrity. On Wed. we phoned and attempted to split the difference in selling prices using the same formula that we used to calculate the price on Sat. I might add if we had a good experience Sat. we never woul have found the internet discrepency. I believe Rory went to Tim for this concession and none was given. Rory suggested we visit him again that evening which we did, and he and Joe in finance, Carey was not there and that helped, because I am sure based on Sat. conversation we would not be a customer. Joe fully explained every form provided us a competitive rate and payment based on our downpayment before running our credit, and did not pressure our son in any way. Rory was great and helped deliver the Silverado. I am rating the exprience OK because of Carey, and no interaction with management other than a qiuck shake of my hand byTim as he was off to the pre-owned center on Sat. afternoon. With-out Rory and Joe's effort we would be driving a vehicle we had found at Koons in Tysons. They provided us payments with-out any credit checks. Everyone understands the payment quote is subject to actual data submitted, but buyers need a range to make intelligent decisions.Our son purchased a work truck with a high day's supply, but it fit our son's payment needs. my only other suggestion is better lighting in the showroom it is very dark. I am not sure if the lighting has been modified as part of the dealership re-modeling or it will be addressed in the coming months. If it has been updated, look to add illumination with different bulbs. Kudos to Rory and Joe and Thanks. More
