Well, I drove 3.5 hours to purchase my new car after 4 failed attempts on price, service, and just being able to communicate. I will admit, I came in the door a non-believer but I was and am happy to repo failed attempts on price, service, and just being able to communicate. I will admit, I came in the door a non-believer but I was and am happy to report, they made a believer out of me. I left out the dealership with the warmest feeling that after I left the previous shift in the atmosphere, this company really honored all it said in writing and gave me the ABSOLUTE best deal I received at any dealership with me and my other half purchasing two brand new vehicles in two days. I love Will and Jason. They are AWESOME and after the first attempt at getting me out the door before didn't go as planned because there was a nick in the door, they quickly recovered me a new vehicle out the back of their vast inventory of cars and the Supervisor of the detailing department came just to clean my car. They honored our trade in...sight unseen and made me feel better than ever. My other half said "baby, these people seem like they want to take care of you," and they did. Since I am slightly disabled, it was imperative for me to have the right car at the right price and they did it. I will tell you I even enjoyed the Finance Director. She is AMAZING and we appreciated her getting us out quickly to face the long drive ahead. After hours they made a commitment to make me feel great our spending our money with Tedd Britt. We received great customer service. Tim Lee was a very professional, customer pleasing, sales manager. Trent Ellis and Vince Keam were very knowledgeable salesmen and very friendly. Joe Fendrich in Finance was great. He explained everything and was so pleasant. I spoke to Jason Fischbein a couple times on the phone. He was always very nice & professional, and he returned my calls. Overall, the team at Ted Britt Chevrolet in Sterling VA was great. We drove 3 hours to get there, and I would definitely do it again. By the way, I love my Traverse!!! More

Went to VA to look at a Mazda 3 at a Subaru dealership originally. That turned out to be a waste of time. Luckilly Ted Britt Chevy had a Mazda Speed3 on the lot so we decided to stop in to take a look. originally. That turned out to be a waste of time. Luckilly Ted Britt Chevy had a Mazda Speed3 on the lot so we decided to stop in to take a look. We are glad we did. This was the nicest Mazda of the six we had looked at earlier in the week. Our salesperson Baxter even turned out to be a PA native. Needless to say we got the car we were looking for at the a price that was within our budget. I bought a 2007 Toyota Camry Hybrid on March 16, 2013 from the Used Car Lot with Vince and Tim Lee(Manager). I was told the Navigation works and all it needs a DVD for Map. After buying a DVD Map, I load from the Used Car Lot with Vince and Tim Lee(Manager). I was told the Navigation works and all it needs a DVD for Map. After buying a DVD Map, I loaded the Navigation but it failed to load the Map, rather it won't eject the DVD as well. The DVD Navigation System failed to work. I took the car back to dealership and met with Omar Hernandez(Manager). You need people like Omar Hernandez to realize the world is still beautiful. Omar asked me to wait for few days till his boss comes back from vacation. I did not have to remind him of his promise, he called me and told me to bring the car back,and I did. He introduced me with Abdul Ali (best service man ever). Ali arranged all the paper works, rental car for me and 5 days later they have taken care all the navigation issue. The customer service and the quality of work is in outstanding test, could not be happier. A really bad experience turned into a future buyer from Ted Britt. I will recommend all customer to look for Omar for sales and Ali for Service, you can not go wrong. More

Omar is a very proactive person and always greets everyone with a positive attitude. I met him years ago and purchased a car with him and so has a couple of my family members.
