Staff was friendly when I entered the service area. I spoke with two, friendly and helpful employees (Mike (assistant service manager) and Eddie (mechanic) before I ended up with my point of contact (Ron spoke with two, friendly and helpful employees (Mike (assistant service manager) and Eddie (mechanic) before I ended up with my point of contact (Ronald Martin). Ronald was friendly, well spoken and on top of it. He made sure my car was serviced in a timely fashion. I told him I had a 2-1/2 hour window I was able to wait in the shop before I needed to leave to pick up my 5-year-old daughter from a neighbor's house. Fortunately, what needed to be done to my 2010 Chevy Tahoe was completed within the 2-1/2 hour timeframe with 15-minutes to spare! When I walked out to get my vehicle, I noticed the windows had been cleaned and the pollen brushed off. Overall, I was very happy with the service I received on Friday, May 10th. Then again, there weren't any major malfunctions to my truck, thank goodness. The only negative, being quoted $300 to have (1) small door ding repaired, which bummed me out and I obviously, turned down. However; thanks to Ronald, I walked out with a referral. In the coming week or two, I will be back in the service department for a part replacement and I can only hope round two measures up to be the same as today's experience which was very good. Side note ~ the renovations to the dealership make it a pleasant environment to wait around in. More

I had a great visit at Ted Britt Chevrolet today! I was greeted as soon as I exited my vehicle. When I walked in, Chris greeted me with a smile and confirmed that the parts ordered for my car were there an greeted as soon as I exited my vehicle. After about 20 minutes, Chris came in to talk with me and make sure I had everything I needed. Less than hour after walking in the door everything was done and ready. Chris was very friendly and efficient. As was the woman who checked me out.
