I went to Ted Britt Chevrolet to buy a used car for less than $10,000 bank check in hand. I left with a new "Spark" top of that line, spending over $16,000. Mike Garrett was educated and "sold" me on a new car. He was patient, answered all my questions and managed this transaction with ease and competence. I felt like he thought this car was the right car for me. He was also very friendly. Maribeth handled the financing paperwork with ease and efficiency, which is what I wanted at the end of the day. She had all the facts at her fingertips and was friendly and positive. Katie tried hard to answer any questions I had, but at the point that I saw her, all questions had been answered. I was looking to build a 13 camero 1lt but I missed the deadline from chevy. I searched everywhere for the car I had built and found exactly what I was looking for at Ted Britt. I sent an email and within a day Shazad emailed me back and was very helpful. Shazad forwarded my info to Mike Garnett. Mike got the ball rolling on the car, he went out of his way to help me get it. I was driving almost 500 miles and Mike was able to help me put a deposit down on the car to keep it until I was able to come pick it up. Once I got to Ted Britt I was really surprised at how cool everyone was, I knew Mike was great from emails and talking to him on the phone, but all the sales guys were very very cool. Shazad offered me and my mom some BBQ from out back and he practically had me test driving a Z06 (my dream car) and he wasnt even trying to sell it to me, he already knew I was buying the Camero!! HAHA I honestly have never been treated better by any car dealer in my life, these guys were great and they were also very very nice to my mom. Aside from having the best sales guys in America, the price was outstanding. It was actually about $5k below MSRP!!!. I also want to commend Mike and his sales team on having all the paper work ready to go before I even got there, I did not have to wait for anything and the whole process only took about 2 hours, 1 hour of which was test driving and staring at the new car in amazement. All in all I would drive the 500 miles again if and when i ever get a new car. This dealership is a class act and if anyone needs a new Camero look up Mike, that's his specialty. Professional, accommodating, and he also took the time to explain to me all of my options both from a financial and safety aspect without trying to take advantage of an out of towner. I really appreciated that approach and have since gone back for more service because of the excellent treatment. Thank you for restoring my faith in that there are still honest and reputable dealers out there. A++ More
I used this dealership (then Sterling Chevy) for a courtesy factory delivery of my 2012 Corvette Grand Sport in February of last year. During that time I had the pleasure of meeting Hook (in sales) an courtesy factory delivery of my 2012 Corvette Grand Sport in February of last year. During that time I had the pleasure of meeting Hook (in sales) and Glenn (mechanic) and have not taken any of my cars anywhere else since. Glenn was extremely understanding and helpful with "our new baby" and Hook made sure we were always aware when the car was set to arrive. I own a 2004 Nissan Armada as well as a 2011 Mitsubishi Lancer Evolution MRT and have had all three of my cars in for service here on numerous occasions since that courtesy delivery. Today I was in with my Evo for a new exhaust install and a tire rotation and Mike Kohler in the service department was very helpful and understanding that I am a bit of a freak about my cars. I used to DREAD having to take any of my cars in for service for fear of what may happen while they are out of my hands (and garage). I no longer have that fear and recommend to my friends and family to "go see Glenn" whenever they have car problems. I have never had one person and dealership that I felt so comfortable leaving my vehicle in the hands of. This is a very good feeling and I am very please that little has changed since Ted Britt took over. My original service contact Brian Caras was with me since my first service visit on my previous '06 Corvette as my primary point of contact but I was saddened to hear today that he is no longer with the company. More

I had my car towed to the dealership on Sunday afternoon and left info in the night drop box. My anti-theft feature has locked the ignition twice in the last six months. When I called on Monday morning, the car had already been looked at. Chris took the time to explain how the diagnostic test works. He was patient as I researched the problem and talked with others. When I called back, he seemed disappointed that I did not want to spend the $580 to replace the ignition switch, but he gave me until 2:00 to change my mind because the part was in stock. When I came for the car after work, he again patiently explained again, even though he was giving instructions to a crew in the parking lot and had a call on hold inside. He was also kind enough to discount the service charge. I am gambling on getting by without replacing the switch any time soon. I think Chris is betting on seeing me back sooner rather than later. More

On the phone I wasn't told about the combo package of an oil change/tire rotation, I found it out by calling Jim McKay, I didn't go to their location for service because they weren't able to see me the same day - Ted Britt made it convenient for me and the plus side to it, Ted Britt is located near my residence. Once I arrived at Ted Britt, customer service was satisfactory and Ronald Martin made me feel comfortable of wanting to continue my service needs at his location. More
