I purchased my last two cars at this dealership prior to the business being purchased by Ted Britt. While I felt very comfortable with my salesman (worked with the same person twice), I had horrific experi the business being purchased by Ted Britt. While I felt very comfortable with my salesman (worked with the same person twice), I had horrific experiences with the service department every time I tried to service my car. Consequently, I was reluctant to work with the dealership again when I recently had a warranty issue having to do with a defective ball bearing in my left front wheel. However, my recent experience with Ted Britt Chevrolet was totally different than what I had been subjected to when the company was called Sterling Chevrolet! Initially I dealt with Tom Linnehan who patiently listened to my graphic descriptions of my car issues. He immediately had me work with Dan Boling (Quality Control Manager) who figured out exactly what the problem was during a test drive. Fortunately, the part was in stock, my repair work was covered under my extended warranty and I was out the door in a relatively short period of time. Only to have to return 2 weeks later with a defective tire issue which, again, got the care and attention of Dan Boling only an hour before closing time on a Friday afternoon. Dan actually delayed a dinner appointment with his wife to make sure my car was tended to. Now how's that for service? More

It was a good experience. Not all the hassle of going back in forth negotiating a price. Gave me a price I agreed on. My man Mas was friendly. He made my experience go well. Since we are a 501(c)(3) organization, we were looking for the best value for our church. Tanya AND several others we worked with were very accommodating in working with our limited funds. We purchased a 2012 previously owned van with only a few thousand miles, so for us it was like buying a new van at a good price. Great dealership and one we will consider using in the future. More
I went to Ted Britt Chevrolet in Sterling as a "walk-in" to get state and emissions inspections done for my 2007 Saturn Vue and to schedule an appointment for an alignment since it was very busy. Mr. Chris Thomas was very welcoming and professional. When I mentioned that I also wanted to separately schedule an alignment, he ensured my vehicle was seen immediately for the alignment while maintaining the vehicle's position in the long queue for the inspections. Mr. Thomas was very patient and an excellent listener. I described how the vehicle was shaking/vibrating, and he suggested and incorporated tire rotation and tire balance services while I waited. Mr. Thomas followed up with detailed information following the inspections and provided excellent suggestions and advice for consideration. At no time was I ever pressured into having any more services completed, and he was very patient. The checkout/payment process was very easy and Leslie Sterba was very personable, courteous and professional. It was a very pleasant experience, and I will definitely return. More

This was my 1st visit to Ted Britt Chevrolet in Sterling since they took over from Sterling Chevrolet. My experience was disappointing. I came in for a Oil Change and noise I was hearing when my AC was on since they took over from Sterling Chevrolet. My experience was disappointing. I came in for a Oil Change and noise I was hearing when my AC was on. I came in on July 16 around 8:30am, and spoke with the service rep. She was polite and professional. The problem was while my Oil Change was done, my other issue with my AC was ignored and not even checked.. (i feel). I was told that the tech saw or heard no issues. But as soon as I left the dealership, I heard the noise again, and my truck was running worst after that 21 point check. I called Amanda and informed her I'm still having issues with my AC, and I'm hearing the noise again from my AC compressor as soon I left the dealership. My truck was also running worst then when I brought it in. She told me to bring it back in. I dropped my Truck off the next morning and it was there all day but wasn't checked out. I got a call at 3pm from Amanda that they faxed the info for repairs to my warranty company for review and it was probably too late for approval for today (Wed). I called my warranty company for a followup the next morning (Thursday) and they said they didn't received the fax from Ted Britt. I call and informed Admanda the Warranty company never got the fax for the work that needed done, and she faxed the paper work over. Short story the work was finally completed on the 3rd day, when it should've been done on the 1st day of my visit. I felt that on the 1st day my truck wasn't even checked for what I complained about. The 2nd day after dropping my vehicle early Weds morning, it was pushed back and not looked at. The 3rd day (Thurs) at the dealership, my truck was finally looked at and fixed. Another issue is that srcatches were found on my dashboard after the work was completed that wasn't there before I dropped it off. No I did not inform my service rep about the scratches on my dash. After my other experience at this dealership it would've been ignored or denied. I know this issue could've been handled allot better then they were, and I'm very disappointed with this Dealership. More
Love, Love Ronald. He was wonderful. Not thrilled about the prices for labor from a dealership. It costs a LOT less on labor for car shops that are not dealerships. They were ready to start work on my car as soon as I arrived at 9:00am. I was met by courteous people. The work was done in less time than estimated. Mr. Ronald Martin has great " people skills" and arrived at 9:00am. I was met by courteous people. The work was done in less time than estimated.
