Monday morning - service light came on when I started my Volt. Went directly to the dealer without an appointment. Mandy scheduled my service and arranged a rental for me on the spot. It is extremely refreshing to finally have a dealership I know I can go to and not feel "scammed" as I do at some other Chevy dealerships in the area. My experience with Service Advisor, Chris Thomas, was above and beyond Customer Service wise and this review is long overdue. I bought my Chevy Cobalt in June of 2008, back when it was still Sterling Chevrolet. Over the years, I have come in for a few oil changes, some emissions tests when needed for new plates, safety inspections - you know, the normal vehicle maintenance. I've been fortunate to have had Chris help me on occasion when bringing my car in and he is always friendly, no matter the day or reason I'm in. As a young woman, to finally feel that I'm not being taken advantage of with things my car "needs" or scared into getting certain things done on my car like Koons has done to me many of times, is a breath of fresh air. Chris shares things with me in terms of "If it were my car, this is what I would do/recommend" which I appreciate. My last visit back in April (I told you this was overdue, sorry Chris!), I was even taken back to see my car up in the garage and explained what 'so and so' was/meant by the great Service Tech, John Harris. Never in my life have I had a dealership or technician ever take the time to go above and beyond like that so I could actually see what they were talking to me about. It sure puts the confidence in me that Ted Britt Chevy is the place I want to take my car to time and time again. Thank you, Ted Britt Chevy for your honest, friendly employees who make it a breeze to bring in my car. I no longer dread having to "drop off my car" because it's a great environment you have within your dealership and outstanding employees. Having worked a management/Customer Service job before myself, I must say you sure do have all the right key components in your business that will bring your customers back time and time again for a job well done. Please make sure to thank Chris Thomas & John Harris for all they do for your customers! More

We went to Ted Britt to purchase my daughter her first car (used). We were introduced to Collin Dunn. I have no complaints in regards to the setup or the actual transaction. During the initial setup I SPECIFICALLY as Collin if we could take it to our mechanic due to a bad experience we recently had with another used purchase from elsewhere. We were assured that it wouldn't be an issue. The very next day we took it to our mechanic & I called Collin immediately after & explained that issues. Collin stated he would call back & never did. Since then I have called about10 times (Since the 2nd week of June 2013) & sent an email with not one response back. The Car Fax revealed there was a front end fender bender, the damage that the mechanic saw (no visible unless car lifted) could have been a direct result of the fender bender....I still have no heard back from Collin. I have now contacted the corporate office and am waiting on a response from them. On top of this, when the car left the lot, it was missing a few radio buttons & paint from the side view mirror which Collin was going to order and call when it came in. We haven't heard anything from Collin or anyone else from Ted Britt in regards to this issue. To sum it up...The sales/set up is great...after you leave the lot YOU DON"T MATTER!! I definitely will not be back as I had mentioned to buy our 15 year old his next car!! More

This was my first visit to this dealership and it was a very pleasant experience. I dropped my car off early and they were great about shuttling me to work. When my car was ready, I got a call from Ronald when my car was ready and he offered to pick me up if I needed a ride back. I did not but it was nice to be offered that service.
