When they advertise a price on their website, they should honor said price. They use the "bait and switch" method of advertisement and car sales. I have a paid for 2007 Silverado - I love my truck. I figured for my next car I would get a Chevy Malibu - my husband works for a local company and has a discount count from his employer. The website says VIP pricing = don't be fooled!!!! That only applies if you have USAA insurance! Who owns this dealership??? They must have stock in USAA!!!! I own a Chevy - THAT is where the loyalty lies. I shouldn't have to own a different insurance policy for a CHEVY loyalty discount! I bought a Hyundai! The second one we have purchased - from Brown's Hyundai in Leesburg! Want honest, dependable, friendly sales people and service??? AVOID Ted Britt and head all the way down rt 7 to Brown's. Tell the Suits' sent you! I won't EVER look for a Chevy at Ted Britt's again! I took my 2010 Chevy Equinox in for an oil consumption issue and got excellent service. Chris Thomas and Rob Wilkey took care of everything for us. They were very friendly and treated us like VIPs. We talked and I explained what we were looking for and he found it and had it ready for us to come in and look at. When we arrived the car was ready for viewing, mabye not 110% detailed but pretty darn nice since h had just found it. the car buying experience was a plaeasure and my wife and I both looked at each other how great an experience it was. Straight forward and a done deal. There were some options we wanted added and the folks over in the show room worked with us to get us what we wanted and I think gave us a fair deal, I will know if it was really great when I get it all done and completed. Which brings me to my next point, Vanessa has made a great effort to follow up with me to make sure we are on track for the right parts and time to be there to get it done, as a matter of fact I dropped it off this morning for the extras being added. Vanessa came down to check on me while turning in the Tahoe and Brain has called me to ensure I was happy with the deal. He is suppose to get me my floor mats and second key while the Tahoe is in getting the additions to it. I will report on the service call once I get it back. If it is as good as the sales team and what I got a brief view of this mornign I will be a Ted Britt Customer 4 Life. Thanks so far, Dan More
Here they truly care about you as a person and not just a customer. I felt that Steve and Ricky listened to me and worked very hard to meet my needs with the vehicle and the financing. I bought a 2011 Dodge Grand Caravan yesterday and decided today to take them up on their offer of a loaner today till the minivan is finished getting its interior and exterior protectant applied. Thanks to Lara and Vanessa for introducing me to a life-saver product! With my four kids, I'll need it. :) Since I'd declined the offer of a loaner yesterday, they were not prepared for me to change my mind. Today, everyone scrambled to make sure I had another wonderful vehicle as the loaner. Their guarantees simply can't be beat! I trust them to stand by their products. I'll be a repeat customer and would recommend this dealership without hesitation. Thanks to everyone at Ted Britt Chevrolet in Sterling for such a wonderful car-buying experience! More
