Once the part was received the next day, I was notified promptly and was able to adjust my schedule to come in to have the plate installed. When I arrived, there was a two wait for service due to the docket of appointments scheduled. Dan went above and beyond to ensure that my install was worked in. AND the service was completed in less than 30 minutes. I sincerely appreciate the assistance they offered me to help me bring my car up to state requirements within the window of time that the state allotted. I will definitely patronize Ted Britt in the future for more intense services on my car. More

I recently had to have my 2014 Corvette Stingray towed in for an unexpected warranty item. I contacted the service department and was greeted by Shawn Wilcox. Shawn walked me through the process of arrangi for an unexpected warranty item. I contacted the service department and was greeted by Shawn Wilcox. Shawn walked me through the process of arranging for a flatbed tow via Roadside Assistance and called me once my vehicle arrived. He called back a few hours later with the diagnosis and informed me of the process over the next couple of days. Shawn was great throughout the whole process and kept me informed on the progress. I unfortunately didn't purchase my car from this dealer but I have now found where my car will be serviced from now on.
