I initiated an online search for a 2014 2LT Coupe Camaro that went out to 3 dealerships. Mas Hill was the first to respond by email and included links to inventory at the Sterling lot. In person, Mas is exc that went out to 3 dealerships. Mas Hill was the first to respond by email and included links to inventory at the Sterling lot. In person, Mas is exceptionally polite and walked me through the vehicle that made it feel like a personal relationship I was building between the car, myself, and Ted Britt as a dealership. I never felt rushed or wasted time. Lara walked me through all the options for my new Camaro and worked with me to ensure I was getting the best value out of the vehicle. Carey in financing went through all the paperwork, numbers, and details about the deal without leaving out any of the price items, and the experience left me feeling that I had made a good deal, both financially and emotionally. In my opinion, I would say they were all extremely professional and effective at making my experience with Ted Britt Chevrolet an enjoyable one. More

I recently purchased a 2014 Chevy Cruze. My sales rep, Mas Hill, was very receptive to what I was looking for in a car. I explained that I was looking for something very basic in a manual transmission wi Mas Hill, was very receptive to what I was looking for in a car. I explained that I was looking for something very basic in a manual transmission without all of the bells and whistles. It’s hard to believe that the new Cruze I bought is the base model. It has more features than I could have imagined, for an affordable price. This was the best car buying experience I have had – there were no pushy tactics or hard sells. Mas worked within my budget and I very much appreciated it. More
Awful! I can't believe this still happens. In a world where information can pass so quickly and through so many channels, this service department is still trying to take advantage (read: scan you out of where information can pass so quickly and through so many channels, this service department is still trying to take advantage (read: scan you out of money) of you at every opportunity. This service is so bad that I called for an appointment and they said they could take me within the hour. I go, and when I get there, they say their computers have been down for 2-3 hours! Why didn't the central reservation center know that the location couldn't take customers!? Just common sense folks! They called me when their computers came back online and I scheduled for the next day. Now the real display of pure scams come to play. I'm not dumb. I knew exactly what was wrong with my car. I just don't have the tools. I explained to the service consultant my issue and I could tell he was only half concerned with my real issue. Their real game is to just get you in the door, do the "27 point inspection", and hope you buy into their "diagnosis" of your car. After "diagnosing" about $4000 in estimates for future repairs/work, they said they need to order a replacement for my issue that I came in for. This was a flat LIE! Like I said I'm not dumb but at the time I didn't want to jump the gun and argue. I hesitantly agreed to the new part thinking I have to double check my thought on the issue. The part had to be ordered which was good for me, because I didn't get out of the parking lot before I double checked my original assessment of the issue. Where they said the part broke and needed the replacement, I PROVED them to be wrong. I went back to the service counter and told them they were wrong. Of course they were defensive. The service manager jumped in and he FINALLY took a close look at my issue and agreed that my part was not broken. It just needed the appropriate effort and tool to fix the issue. They still had the nerve to charge me labor after it was so obvious they were trying to scam me. The experience was eye opening. I can tell you that the whole thing was a minor fix and inexpensive but that is not the point. This establishment can NOT be trusted! At the very hint of a questionable diagnosis, this place should know that they lose a customers trust. How can an automobile service department regain trust with a customer? The answer is that they can't. There is nothing they can do to re-establish trust with a smart consumer in the new Information Age. Bottom line: I knew what my issue was, they didn't address it and tried to scam me, I pointed out their mistake and they desperately tried to save face but couldn't. This place needs to know that their scams need to stop! More
I bought a certified used Chevy Volt from Rockmont Ourisman Chevrolet in Rockville MD and did not get a very good deal at all (after 8 hours). I refinanced through my credit union and bought an extend Ourisman Chevrolet in Rockville MD and did not get a very good deal at all (after 8 hours). I refinanced through my credit union and bought an extended warranty at Ted Britt Chevy in Sterling VA. I dealt with Carey Lair and she was incredible. She showed me how Rockmont took advantage of me and offered a better warranty for $600 less. Not only did she do all this in 15 minutes, she took two phone calls and talked to a sales person who popped his head in about getting tags mailed to a customer. The whole time she was so personable and professional with me, the sales person, and the people who called her. If everyone worked like her, all the work in the world would be done - and done well. I am writing this review because of the exceptional experience I had at Ted Britt Chevrolet in Sterling, VA. Most notable was the help I received from Anthony Saunders. I originally purchased my 2014 experience I had at Ted Britt Chevrolet in Sterling, VA. Most notable was the help I received from Anthony Saunders. I originally purchased my 2014 Chevrolet Silverado from Anthony a few weeks ago. Now keep in mind I only bought the work truck version so we're not necessarily talking about a big ticket vehicle purchase. I wanted to upgrade the wheels to give it a little extra curb appeal and replace the stock steel wheels. I emailed Anthony a picture of the wheels I wanted from the Chevy website and he took it from there! That same day I had a price on the wheels along with the shipping and availability information. I ordered the wheels and he even took care of scheduling the appointment for me. When was the last time you called your salesperson after you bought I vehicle from him/her and didn't get the "who is this again?" from the other end of the phone. This dealership seems to be going out of their way to ensure a great customer experience and they certainly have my support. If you happen to be in the market for a new Chevy car or truck I wouldn't hesitate to stop by Ted Britt Chevrolet and make sure you ask for Anthony - incredibly helpful, very personable and low pressure. The last point I'd like to make about Anthony and this dealership in particular is never once did I feel like I was being taken advantage of. Everything was explained to me and there were no smoke and mirrors with the numbers. Thanks again Anthony! More

This was an overall pleasant experience buying a used car at a fair price. All staff interacted with was exceptionally friendly, courteous, and knowledgeable. In particular salesperson Jonathan Evans stand at a fair price. All staff interacted with was exceptionally friendly, courteous, and knowledgeable. In particular salesperson Jonathan Evans stands out for going that extra mile. Jonathan picked me up at my house to see a car at the dealership without any commitment to purchase. Ted Britt of Sterling Virginia had a used BMW that fit my search parameters and in was in good condition; a local car with all documented BMW dealer service. The sale was efficiently completed and I left with the car all in one visit Their service even included permanent tags and a one year registration ready to go. I recommend this used car dealership with the caveat that you must know how and like to negotiate. More
We gave a rating of satisfactory because, although, we were satisfied with the deal we got, there is always room for a better deal by getting a better rating. were satisfied with the deal we got, there is always room for a better deal by getting a better rating. More
