Working with salesman Matt and finance officer Donald was very good. However the customer relations person I don't consider very professional; kept trying to push products I wasn't interested in at all and very good. The general sales manager was very slow getting pricing to me, as matter of fact PAINFULLY slow. I took over 4 hours to make the purchase, and this after some pre-negotiation before my wife and I decided to make the purchase. As far as pricing I feel I got a pretty good deal, and pricing is the primary I choose this dealer. More
We came to the dealership to purchase a 2013 Tahoe and ended up leaving with a 2014 Silverado. Mas Hill and Omar Hernandez are just outstanding. Knowledgeable, patient and helpful are a few things that co ended up leaving with a 2014 Silverado. Mas Hill and Omar Hernandez are just outstanding. I am an active 70 year old and have purchased many cars in my lifetime - and thus had them serviced as required. Never have I received such a pleasant experience as with Mr. Daniel Boling who made every e in my lifetime - and thus had them serviced as required. He did not try to sell me anything that I did not need and reviewed my requests so as to make sure my concerns and needs were met. It is a shame that I will not need any service for the next several months as I do look forward to my next visit and will ask for him specifically! Other members of your staff also made sure to say "thanks and goodbye" as I left. The management and owners are doing everything right at this dealership. Thank you so much! More

Had an issue with a tire on a vehicle purchased two days earlier. Called from a dealer service center 100 miles away and Jason assured me that they would take care of the tire. We took our Monte Carlo to the dealer due to the blower not blowing out hot air. Was told a diagnostics fee of $140 would be charged, but would go towards parts and labor if we elected to do the repairs. W not blowing out hot air. We were called by Chris to be told $714 to replace the blower motor and controller. He spoke to us in a rude manner, making it sound like we were idiots by questioning the quote. How he came up with that figure we are not sure since parts were just shy of $300. After receiving several quotes for half that, we went into dealership the next day to pickup car. Shawn then redid quote and came up with $515. While better, it was still more expensive than all other quotes we had received but we would have to pay $140 diagnostics anyway. That wouldn't make up difference so we decided we had no choice but to go through with it. However, we found out we were paying diagnostics fee anyways as a part of the quote for the car, which is not what we agreed to. Shawn "halfed" the fee to satisfy us, but that is not what was described to us. We never would have had them take car had they said we would pay $140 irregardless as other repair shops and dealers would not charge that if we were doing work. I called gm who then called service manager tom. What was the most disappointing is they had our car for over 24 hours for a job that essentially didn't even take 30 minutes to fix! Stay clear away from this dealership. We purchased three cars from them when they were sterling Chevrolet and serviced our car through them for years. We will never go to this dealership again with their horrible customer service and business practices! I will say while we were waiting for Tom to not help us, (when we went to pick up car) we were helped by Ricky. He is the only service dept guy I could recommend if you have to take your car to Ted Britt for service. He was very friendly, apologized for the bad experience we had dealing with Chris and Shawn and is the only one there who seemed to care. More
