I went for a test drive and was immediately greeted by the friendly and knowledgeable staff. Angie allowed me to take the car home for a 24 hour test drive. When I went back to purchase the car the next day, I could not have asked for a smoother process. The team went the extra mile to negotiate the price so that I would feel comfortable. I walked out of the office within 2 hours with keys in hand and a huge smile on my face. Mas even went the extra mile and brought out a big red bow to put on the car. Time for a new truck after a decade with the old Chevy. I was vacillating over purchasing a new Chevrolet 2500 Diesel or a Ford Super Duty F250. I had all but made my mind up to go with the Ford as they se I was vacillating over purchasing a new Chevrolet 2500 Diesel or a Ford Super Duty F250. I had all but made my mind up to go with the Ford as they seemed to have a little more going in the way of features and it seemed I would be able to work the price more since there were more of them available. I walked onto the lot at Ted Britt Chevrolet and Anthony showed me the truck that ended up being the one for me. He was very helpful and knew how to listen to what I wanted. After leaving to go home and think about it, I came back the next day and made the purchase. It is a great place to buy the truck. I hope the relationship continues with the service that they will be providing for the truck over the next decade! More
